We highly recommend a tour with Des. He was friendly, knowledgeable, sharing fascinating information which was well delivered. We throughly enjoyed every minute. It was one of the best tours I have been on. It set us up to get our bearings for the rest of our stay in Leeds.

I lived in Leeds a long time ago and this tour was an eye opener . I learnt so much about the architecture and the history . I have done several walking tours around cities both here and abroad . Our guide Sarah was the best so far . She was knowledgable, witty and full of passion about the city . The pace was just right and a 90 minute walking tour on a cold day was perfect . Thank you Sarah

This is a great tour that I recommend for everyone visiting Leeds, but also local people. Although I am living in Yorkshire, I learned so much on this tour. Sarah is an excellent guide - so knowledgeable and engaging.

I visited Leeds with some friends for the first time to see a concert at the First direct arena. As we were only staying for a couple of days we decided to book this walking tour and we are so glad we did. Our tour guide, Sarah, was so engaging and in the 1.5 hours we felt we had a good understanding of the history of Leeds. Sarah showed us the main points of interest but more importantly she described everything in an entertaining way. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Leeds. Yes you can use a map to easily walk about, but nothing beats being shown around by a local guide who is passionate and knowledgeable about the city.
