5.00We booked the Spirit of Fiji experience online in Sydney before our trip, and the booking process was easy. On arrival, we were greeted by Fijians in traditional warrior dress. The seating was clean and undercover. The show began with two warriors inviting guests onto the boat for photos, followed by a fire-walking demonstration, traditional dancing, and a tribal war reenactment. The performers were engaging! Afterwards, we explored the island, saw the burays, and had the chance to speak with the local priest and chief. We were then invited to a cava tasting. There were also markets for handicrafts and demonstrations of traditional weaving. Overall, the experience lasted about 3 hours, with plenty to see and do and lots of variety. It would suit families, couples, or solo travelers—rain or shine!
