We will start the tour here where the tour guide will introduce you to the city and explain about one of the most infamous buildings in the old town. They will then tell you stories of Edinburgh's form of entertainment. You will also be able to visit the famous Heart of Midlothian.

Here you will learn about the gruesome time that the people of Edinburgh would partake in as well as what life was like for the people living in the city during the 17th Century. 4.00Really enjoyed the Dark World Host tour. Some good stories, quick paced tour where we didn't linger in any one cplace and got on with the tour. As a result we saw many locations and had a lot of stories told. Kieran was enthusiastic and added content as he was asked. We finished in Grey friars cemetery were we heard a number of stories and were taken to a number of graves used as inspiration for Harry Potter names. Recommend the tour. Only reason i didn't give it a 5 star was that I have been to numerous ghost tours around the world and have been left give goose bumps and shivers and experiences before, but didn't find it here. BUT the stores were still good so don't be dissuaded from going by this comment.

5.00Kieran is not only a spellbinding storyteller, but also knows a whole lot about Edinburgh's and Scotland's history. He had an answer to all our questions. We had an excellent time and learned a lot without ever being bored. The stories will stay with you for way longer than the duration of the tour. Still thinking about some of the stories we heard and intrigued to research some more about the topics mentioned - which I think is the best compliment I could make to a tourguide.

5.00Genuinely best tour I've been on. The guy was fantastic. Lots of cool facts and interesting information. Seriously best tour I went on the whole week. Good value for money, too. Not too many tourists.

5.00Great experience with Kieran! Awesome tour! Was a rainy day in Edinburgh and I ended up being the only one on the tour, but Kieran was great! He let me borrow his umbrella when the rain got too much and made sure that I was always comfortable throughout. His story telling was top tier and I learned so much history. I really enjoyed my time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone that is wanting to know the darker side of this beautiful city we call Edinburgh!

5.00Our tour guide was fantastic! He gave us the dark history of Edinburgh and then shared ghost stories along the way. He was very interesting and his story telling was excellent! It was one of the best tours of our trip! Highly recommend this tour.
