I had such a great time! I dont normally leave reviews on tripadvisor but just need to share this wonderful experience. Well paced, great scenery, a good workout for all ages and best of all a really friendly, knowledgeable and sincere guide who also skilfully drove us around. Loved all his stories and jokes. Honestly so so impressed by him and how this whole trip is planned. We were all really comfortable. Never had such a pleasant tour, nothing to complain about. Pack warm clothes! Went in autumn so managed to see some fall colours which was nice. Will definitely be back. I hope this business grows and I wish the team all the best!

The waterfalls at Mt.Field are beautiful. The animal sanctuary is a good place to see wild animals that are being well cared for. Wellington affords spectacular views (if the weather conditions are right) of Hobart and the surrounding countryside.

The tour guide took the group on a 10 hour tour of the Derwent valley, Mount Field, Richmond, Hobart and Mount Wellington - there was even snow on top, only annoying thing was the clouds - couldn’t see the view from up top, but you can’t control the weather! Throughout the entire day he never lost his energy and friendliness at all. Good safe driver - felt at ease in his care. Other people on the tour were interesting people from all over the world as you would expect. Good quality tour company. I got the impression that they cared about more than just the money - they picked up a hiker who was stranded up the top in 2*C weather and refused to take payment from him.

This was a fantastic full day tour, Jarrod the guide was very knowledgeable. However, I would recommend booking direct with iwandertassie.com as my sister is disabled and we weren't able use her companion card and concession card when booking with viator. I didn't realise viator is only a booking service :(

This was such a good day out. Did an easy walking track through Mount field down to the visitor station stopping at Russell Falls. Onto the sanctuary , which was interesting, but not a highlight of the day . then off to Richmond to see Australia’s oldest bridge and buy some local crafts. Our final stop was Mount Wellington for panoramic photos and an aerial recap of today’s travels. We had plenty of time at each location. Never felt rushed. The mini bus was comfortable. We had a few spare seats, so this particular tour was not at capacity. Jarrod was a great guide who shared quite a few interesting historical facts. I would not hesitate to recommend Jarrod and this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this day tour. Every stop was fantastic, with breathtaking scenery throughout. The forest walk was a standout and a great way to experience nature up close. Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary was definitely a highlight, and Richmond was such a fun place to explore. The whole day was well-paced and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
