1.00We did not get to see Bovilla lake, the tour did not happen. Our guide did not come, we waited for 1h, there were other people waiting, the guide did not answer the phone, he did not reply, we are really disappointed…

1.00The operator didn't turn up, we were left stranded. Viator customer service was of little help and didn't offer to get us on another trip. Day spoiled! I won't be booking through Viator again!
