5.00The experience was absolutely fantastic—especially for the price. It was the best tour I’ve ever been on! The pickup was on time and hassle-free. Our tour guide, Erando, could speak to us in almost any language and struck a great balance between funny jokes and informative facts about Bovilla Lake. I’d recommend this experience to anyone!!! 1.00We did not get to see Bovilla lake, the tour did not happen. Our guide did not come, we waited for 1h, there were other people waiting, the guide did not answer the phone, he did not reply, we are really disappointed…

1.00The operator didn't turn up, we were left stranded. Viator customer service was of little help and didn't offer to get us on another trip. Day spoiled! I won't be booking through Viator again!
