Enjoy a 45-minute boat ride across the deep blue Arabian Sea, passing Muscat’s scenic coastline on the way to the stunning Daymaniyat Islands, one of Oman’s top marine reserves. As the water turns crystal-clear turquoise, your captain anchors for a short briefing on safety, conservation, and what to expect.
Snorkel at two vibrant spots filled with colorful coral gardens, tropical fish, and graceful sea turtles. You may even spot manta rays, moray eels, reef sharks, or a whale shark. Between sessions, relax on board with sandwiches, fresh fruit, and cold drinks. When island access is open (Nov–Apr), explore white sandy beaches and dramatic rocky formations.
Glide on our crystal-clear kayaks and watch marine life beneath you. Our crew captures GoPro photos and videos throughout your trip. After a final snorkel or kayak, enjoy the ride back to Muscat—often with playful dolphins racing alongside.

Daymaniyat Islands Nature Reserve
The Daymaniyat Islands are a UNESCO-listed marine nature reserve made up of nine uninhabited islands, located 16–20 km off the coast of Muscat. Known for their crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and vibrant coral reefs, they are one of Oman’s top snorkeling and diving destinations. The reefs support rich marine life, including reef sharks, rays, colorful tropical fish, and endangered green and hawksbill turtles. The islands also serve as nesting grounds for migratory seabirds. Beach landings are restricted from May to October to protect nesting turtles, but snorkeling and diving are permitted year-round. With depths of 20–25 meters, the area offers ideal visibility for underwater photography and marine encounters. Whether you're a nature lover, diver, or casual snorkeler, the Daymaniyat Islands promise a breathtaking eco-adventure in one of Oman’s most biologically diverse protected areas.

5.00This was an amazing experience. The crew were so friendly, experienced and helpful. They looked after our every need and made sure we had the best possible experience. Their experience meant we saw so much sea life that we would have missed without their guidance - sea turtles, a baby reef shark, an octopus and even a whale shark. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Damaniyat Islands with Muscat Sea Adventure to everyone.

5.00My friend and I went snorkeling nearby the Dimaniyat Islands on February 12, 2026. It was a beautiful view and decent weather. My friend and I had a blast snorkeling. We got to see plenty of sea turtles, octopus, sting rays, sea cucumbers, and fish. The only thing I didn't like is seeing OTHER guides/tourists standing on the corals or harrassing the animals. Luckily I don't think our guides did that, but I think there should be serious consequences for people who harrass the coral or animals. I do think that guides in general can do a better job at speaking out about that when they see it happen. We got to go to the beach after snorkeling, and explore the island, lay on the beach, kayak, or do more snorkeling. I also appreciated that the guides took snorkeling videos of us upon request as well as of the animals. It was overall an enjoyable excursion that I highly recommend with this company.

5.00Amazing excursion. The captain as well as the guide were excellent. I don't know how to swim and was contemplating going in but the guide was able to help me and I'm glad I did it cus I got to see all the sea turtles. Definitely recommend. Thank you to Naz to who booked it for me. Great communication.

5.00This outing is nice to do. This remains on a human scale with about fifteen people per boat. On the island., We were about five to six boats, it should not increase too much We were able to see the turtles, the guides indicate not to touch them and that is good and the experience of transparent kayaking is really nice.

5.00My friends and I had an incredible experience spending one night on the Daymaniyat Islands with Muscat Sea Adventure. Everything was very well organized, from the pickup at the port of Muscat to the activities on the islands. On the way, we stopped for snorkeling in a stunning spot where we swam with around 20 turtles, truly unforgettable! Once on the island, we were served a generous lunch right on the beach, followed by more snorkeling. We enjoyed a delicious barbecue dinner and slept in tents that the staff had set up for us. The staff were always kind, helpful, and available, giving us great advice on the best snorkeling spots and taking care of every detail. It was an unforgettable adventure, perfectly organized, with a fantastic and friendly staff. I highly recommend this experience!

5.00Excellent experience in all respects! Staff on land and boat friendly and always available. Small group (6 people) and super relaxed atmosphere. We saw a lot of turtles and visited some areas of the beautiful Daymaniat Islands. Highly recommended!
