The Puebla Gastronomy is one of the most diverse and exquisite in Mexico. Puebla has provided Mexico with its most traditional dish: Mole Poblano. Tour the city while tasting more than 15 different dishes! This tour will explain the city history and the relation to gastronomy and its legends. Ronnie, our bilingual guide, was great. We absolutely loved the places he took us to eat and to explore. The food was incredible. There was lot more walking than we’d expected but it was doable for two 75 year old ladies. Highly recommend this tour to explore the non touristy places near Puebla Centro.

This food tour was great. We have done many food tours, in Mexico and abroad and Ronnie was definitely our best guide. He genuinely knew (and was interested in) food and could provide a lot of history and context around our questions. It wasn't quite 5 hours or 15 dishes, but we ate more than enough so we were very satisfied.
Highly recommend. The food tour was delicious.
