• Most fun walking tour that I've been on!

  My family (me, husband, 22 yr old daughter) booked this walking food tour in Prague and it was one of the highlights of our week there. George was energetic, charming and funny and full of interesting fun facts about the city. He was also incredibly accommodating with the menu, ensuring that we had a chance to share input on our dietary preferences. There was plenty to pick from, and plenty to eat. He also followed up personally with links to information on the topics that piqued our interest during our time together. I've been on a bunch of food tours in other cities, and this one was the most fun. You can feel good about supporting a small business as well, as it's run by him and his wife. Considering this tour? Book it - you'll be glad you did!

  Excellent food tour! The places we stopped at served delicious Czech food and were lovely stops! Our guide Leona also provided us with cultural and historical information about Prague which was terrific. We travel frequently and would highly recommend this!

  This was the best food tour we’ve ever been on. The tour was expertly organized and seamless. Come hungry!!!! Leona shared full meals with us, took us to incredible places we wouldn’t have found on our own. She was born here so most importantly taught us so much about Czech history and culture. It was informative and exciting every step of the way. She also has amazing recommendations and is a wealth of knowledge on places to go and things to do while you’re in town so book at the beginning of your trip. This is a 10 ⭐️ tour.

  Had a blast with the George who led us through an awesome food tour with great culture and history lessons. Food selection was delicious and the local pub/beer lesson was eye opening. A total blast and one of the best food tours we’ve been on (and we’ve done lots).

  George is an amazing tour guide! Before and while tasting the delicious dishes of Prague cuisine, he introduced us to the history and Czech culture in his own funny and memorable way. The places he chose felt completely local and authentic — nothing touristy about it. We left full, laughing, and knowing a city we thought we already knew. Highly recommend!

  George was an amazing guide! So passionate, informative and funny. It was clear that he desired you to understand more about his wonderful country and city and was not just going through the motions. The food and locations that were part of the tour truly did give you a great insight into Prague, in addition to being delicious! The group size was perfect as well, which allowed for nice conversations and so that you didnt feel like you were overwhelming any of the restaurants as a group. We have taken food tours in four other countries and this was by far my favorite, given how wonderful the food and George were. Don't hesitate to book this tour!!

  Outstanding food tour. Leona is an exceptional host / tour guide. She spoke to everyone (there were 8 in the group) and ensured that everyone was catered for with a number of alternatives offered for the drinks at each venue in particular. There is ample food and Leona provided a great explanation of each of the dishes we sampled. My partner and I usually do food tours when travelling and this is one of the best we have done in the last 10 years!

  We do a lot of food tours, and this was definitely one of the top ones. George was fantastic and all the stops were awesome - especially the beer hall. Never knew such finer point about serving beer. Really excellent choice of food and drinks and the history lesson was a total bonus.

  We make a point to do a food tour in every city we visit, and this was hands-down the best one we’ve ever done. The food itself was incredible, but the tour was so much more than just eating. George, our guide, was an absolute wealth of knowledge about Czech history, culture, traditions, and daily life in Prague. The food and drinks were fantastic, and we loved that the tour took us beyond the typical tourist experience. One of the traditional soups was my favorite, and when I mentioned how much I loved it, and George actually emailed us his family recipe afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. This ended up being a highlight of our trip to Prague. Take this tour — you won’t regret it.

  This was our second visit to Prague, and we booked this food tour to get authentic food recommendations for the rest of our trip. We cannot recommend it enough! Our guide, George, was absolutely phenomenal. Beyond his passion for local culinary specialties, he possesses exceptional communication and storytelling skills. It felt like a combined history and food tour. Every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious and packed with local flavor. George brought along fascinating historical photos to show us how the landmarks we passed looked in the past. Even days before the tour, he sent out highly useful files packed with practical information on public transportation, neighborhood guides, and must-visit spots. During the tour, he even opened a map to explain the evolution of the Czech Republic and shared deeply insightful stories about Czech culture. What we appreciated most was his pacing—he ensured the entire group could easily hear, participate, and feel included. Do not hesitate to book this!
