5.00Knowledgeable guide provided insights on this amazing medieval city. We enjoyed the boat tour as well as the walking tour. Wear good walking shoes and enjoy the chocolate! I recommend chocolino, just off the belfry square

5.00Excellent Guide. It was pouring down rain but we definitely saw all of Bruges. Had enough time to taste the local delights and shop for Chocolates.

1.00Tour had a lot of walking and we were with an elderly person and they could barely keep up. The tour guide did not speak English well and offered very little useful information. We had very little time to embrace the sights. When we arrived at the canal, the tour guide and canal operator had a huge fight and we had to wait 20 minutes after the tour was in limbo. It was the worst tour I have ever taken.
Bad Tour Operators. Will ripped people and with take advantage of what they have not work for.

1.00Operator had ripped us off of what we paid. In case of force majeur and bad weather and ship wasn't able to dock. No passengers to tour around. They won't refund. Don't book from this.
