Oversold but otherwise great

4.00The boat and crew are fabulous. But they way oversold this trip. Snorkeling was very difficult with feet and fins constantly in your face. And space on the boat was so limited, I was skin to skin with a stranger through most of the tour. The water is amazing. The boat is great. The crew was lovely. Just too many people!
Relaxing, fun, and wonderful experience — well worth the little bit of extra investment!

5.00What a great experience! Very smooth seas here in Turks & Caicos so being uncomfortable was never a worry. The crew (made of 3) was awesome and created such a fun & safe environment in which we felt well taken care of. The lunch was delicious (chicken, pesto pasta, salad, and sandwiches), and Zaybo in particular was amazing! He remembered my boyfriend and I’s drinks each time we went up to the open bar (and there were quite a few people on board) so he made us feel special & so did the other two crew members — one of them let us “drive” the catamaran and taught us what things meant on the controls. Overall itinerary was as follows: boarding the boat, briefing of the team/plan for the day, about a 30 minute ride to the snorkeling spot, gorgeous snorkeling at a reef, another ~ 30 minute ride to Iguana Island (we did see Iguanas & stayed there for an hour on the beach), and then another ride while sailing back to the pickup spot. Overall such a great experience & I would highly recommend investing the little bit extra (over other offered snorkeling tours) to get a yummy and fresh lunch, great crew, and wonderful relaxing experience on the boat itself!!!

5.00The entire experience was amazing- enhanced by the crew as well as the other guests. It rained on us and the water was a bit choppy but Tim and Jessica kept spirits high while prioritizing safety and the food and drinks were quite good! I have been on another provider’s excursion here and this was so much nicer in every way! Highly recommend!

5.00This was a wonderful experience. The 2hr duration was perfect and we got to see sea turtles, lemon sharks, sting ray, jellyfish, and lots of other small fish throughout the excursion. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting TCI, to include children, families, etc.

5.00Very fun trip. Great staff and captain. Highly recommend. Drinks flowed, snorkeling was fantastic. 2 cons, we met and the hotel for pick up but there were no details on where we were to meet them and the hotel staff did not know either. Tried calling and messaging company without response. I suggest they add in their description where to meet the boat. Luckily we made it and it was worth it. Secondly, could not accommodate vegetarian, I only had side dishes, left hungry.

5.00Magnificent experience aboard the Lady Grace Catamaran. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the entire trip. Easily the best snorkeling and boat tour experience we’ve had in Turks and Caicos. The food was excellent as well, I believe it was catered by the Ritz-Carlton. Highly recommend, worth every penny!

5.00Jess, Lily, Captain Tim and Brett were phenomenal! The boat was pristine and beautiful, the views were stunning and the crew made it the most enjoyable day. Snorkeling was divine- the crew helped ensure everyone was safe and having fun, also pointed out sharks and cool fish! The food and drinks were impeccable- very fresh and very generous! Jess and Lily were very accommodating, above and beyond what we could have imagined! They were kind to notice while floating in the ocean my rum punch was running low and filled it so I didn’t have to leave the water. Hands down, the best crew and excursion! Will be back to TCI and will be back on Princess Grace! Worth every penny we spent- we haven’t stopped talking about it since we reached land! Well done, everyone!!
