Routes and destinations are dependent on ocean conditions; tours may reroute to the south coast when necessary.
Wear a swimsuit, light cover-up, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Plan to get wet. This is a barefoot tour unless a medical condition requires footwear; please inform your captain in advance
Please bring a towel, reef-safe (non-spray) sunscreen, a light rain jacket, water-protected camera or phone, and any required medications or allergy/insect protection

5.00This was an excellent boat trip. The crew - Evan, Lauren, Liz, and Lot were great (sorry if Mis spelled names). The crew went out of their way to assist each person and make it an enjoyable experience for all ages on board. We saw lots of whales, dolphins and the scenery was to die for. Would highly recommend this excursion.

5.00This was an awesome napali tour with expert captain and attentive crew in 10-15 ft swells we saw it all! Would 100% recommend for the fun, adventure, beauty, hospitality, history. Don’t hesitate to book!
Amazing Views and Snorkeling, Choppy Water

5.00We had a mostly great experience on this boat trip, which is why I am giving 5 stars. The crew was amazing, super friendly and helped make the trip fun and safe. The breakfast snacks and lunch were great, and the crew was attentive with drinks, distributing them around the boat so you didn’t have to move if you didn’t want to. The views were phenomenal - no way to get that view of Na Pali without getting on a boat or helicopter. The snorkeling was also excellent - we saw tons of fish, a few turtles, and even some dolphins during our snorkel. The captain (Greg) was also great at pointing out landmarks and sea life throughout the trip. He was well informed and funny. The only rough part is that the water was incredibly choppy on the west side of the island, which is apparently typical. I’d say about 15 to 20% of the people on our boat got seasick and threw up during the ride (including one person in our party). If you suffer from motion sickness or get sea sick, prepare adequately - you’ve been warned! To be fair, the crew also made this very clear before we got on the boat and gave people time to buy Dramamine or patches. Overall, I highly recommend this trip with Kauai sea tours, just prepare yourself for the choppy waters so you don’t risk being sick and miserable for most of the ride.

5.00We loved the catamaran experience in March due to the higher swells. Made the tour delightful. Our Capt Evan and his crew were amazing!! I would absolutely suggest the am tour if possible for calmer seas. Our crew was extremely attentive and so helpful. I’ve done numerous tours and excursions and this crew was above and beyond! The cruise was beautiful. The Na’Pali coast is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. And snorkeling so amazing. Sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and lots of fish. We even saw some whales even though it’s late in the season which was a fun surprise

5.00Or trip was amazing!! The crew was very attentive and our captain, Kauai, was most personable, informative and FUNNY. We had done rough seas but he helped keep us relaxed with his expert piloting and stories. We snorkeled first do that we could before it got rougher. I'm so glad! The food was good, the Mai Tais were great, it was a fabulous day!! The scenery out there is like no other! A trip not too be missed!

3.00This should have been promoted differently. The crew did a good job but….no sailing occurred at all, just mirroring Jackets were advised but this wasn’t sufficient for the soaking from the spray . Would have enjoyed it more if we’d been better prepared
