5.00It was more than a ONE PIECE statues tour. It was a rewarding experience. We were lucky to visit Kumamoto City in a way that allowed us to meet the history and the culture of the area, learn about the resilience of the Kumamoto community and their different way of life from the big capital city we are used to. It was a full day, so try to start early so you manage to enjoy everything, if you have the chance do not skip the delicious milk ice cream in the market we’re one of the statues is located ( you’ll see!) Thank you Joren for this amazing, and well prepared tour! His knowledge about the area and history of Kumamoto make the experience even more worthy! We would hope and love to repeat in a different season!

5.00Five stars for this trip! Joren was such a nice and friendly tour guide. He picked us up from our place and told us many interesting facts about the places and the culture. The time was very flexible, so we never felt rushed. He also recommended a great place for lunch. We even request to buy a bonito flakes and we went to a grocery store. It really felt like we were traveling with a friend instead of a tour guide. I don’t think we would have been able to visit all the statues if we did the trip ourselves. Thanks to this tour, we were able to see all the statues in one day!

5.00I had a wonderful experience during this tour because our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and that made the experience even more memorable with great stories and insight. From seeing all 10 statues and learning why the project started. Being able to stop at view spots and enjoying the scenery as well. The itinerary was well taught out with the perfect balanced of information, exploration, free time and flexibility. You can tell he cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun experience.

5.00Had lots of fun. We spent a full day visiting the one piece statues, learning about Kumamoto history, and local culture and food. It was the highlight of our Japan trip. Loved the stress free, friendly, and flexible vibes. Will book again.

5.00Well worth it and you will not regret it! We got see all 10 statues when others only do 8 and even went to Mt Aso and Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine. Learned so much about the history and the culture of Kumamoto. We had so much fun that’s time flew by and will book him again in the future! You must book this or you will regret it.

5.00The overall experience is gold. Days before the tour is scheduled Jogen was on the top getting in contact and ensuring all details are covered. Since the begining of the pickup he makes you feel very comfortable as he is very friendly. He drives the tour being flexible and effectively managing times, no rushing with a huge by complementing the experience explaining the facts of the region, The objective for the statues projects and hinting on local recommendations, what are the highlights for all the visited points and very kind of him explaining us local customs so we learned more on the local usages, letting us being more knowledgeable on Japanese culture. 100% recommended! He really made it feel like it was our day, not rushing us and trying his best to comply with all our requests!

5.00Our trip with Joren was sensational! Since the scheduling he has always been super careful, proactive and flexible, seeking to meet our wishes whenever possible. The tour exceeded all my expectations, as we not only visited the statues, took photos and videos, but also learned about the local culture, legends and history of reconstruction of the city. I recommend the tour with my eyes closed, Jornet was an amazing guide!
