Horrible communication. I was supposed to receive communication regarding departure time 24 hours prior and did not receive it. I'm not a last minute person and traveling out of the country things should be timely. I had to pay extra for a outside cab because I didn't know what time and was not risking missing my flight. I communicated 3 times with the tour operator and viator support to get a departure time. And when I made an attempt to contact the tour operator it was a voice mail in Spanish in which I speak only English. This was a nightmare.

The van is all black with tinted windows that picked me up. It had signage of the business name on it, but the owner called me to let me know my driver was arriving and momentarily and what to look for. The owner FaceTimed me by phone to watch my pickup. The driver was very friendly and professional. All went good.
