Senate Square
The statue of Tsar Alexander the 2nd in the center of the Senate Square, marks the start point of the tour. This is the most historical part of Helsinki, and some say the most beautiful - with it's Russian Neoclassic architecture. Here we can see the Helsinki Cathedral, the University of Helsinki, and a great viewpoint of the Senate Square for photos.
Helsinki Cathedral
Following our visit to the Senate Square, our next stop is the White Helsinki Cathedral. Perhaps one of the most impressive buildings in Helsinki, it is also the most visited building. We will allow a little time to visit inside (providing there are no services or weddings), and we will allow time to take photos of this building so you have a souvenir to take home.

5.00We took the red umbrella tour on our last day in Finland. I don't think there's a wrong time to take this tour during your stay. Eero's love for Finland made the information he shared much more rich. He answered all of our questions with thoughtfulness, insight and subtle humor. 1.00Dismal tour, untrained staff (only 8 months old knowing the city), little knowledge about the guiding profession, little information, you get more data from a YouTube video, I put my comment and they started harassing me on WhatsApp and threatening me. For 3 days in a row

5.00This was the first thing we did in Helsinki and it was great for leaning about the city. Our guide was fantastic- super knowledgeable and she even taught us a few Finnish words and meanings. Loved learning more about the concept of Sisu. Great way to spend a couple of hours.

5.00Wonderful quick tour of the city! Fabio is a friendly and knowledgable guide and made sure we were staying warm while keeping a good pace! Really enjoyed my experience and would recommend to others. My tour group had a variety of travellers who were great, which made it fun as a solo traveller.
