This experience has an approximate duration of 2 hours and is specially designed for beginners with no prior diving experience. As a fully mobile diving concept, the meeting point and exact location may vary depending on ocean conditions, allowing us to select the best possible spot in terms of safety, comfort, and visibility. The experience includes a complete introduction to diving, with a safety briefing and step-by-step guidance from a certified instructor. You will then enjoy a guided dive in calm and controlled conditions, always under close supervision. Small groups ensure a more personal, relaxed, and supportive environment throughout the entire experience.

5.00While vacationing in Madeira, my partner and I decided to try scuba diving for the very first time, and it turned out to be the highlight of our entire trip. We were both quite nervous going in, but our instructor João made all the difference. He gave us a thorough briefing, was incredibly reassuring, and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Once underwater, all the nerves disappeared completely. João put in so much effort to make the experience memorable: he took photos of us underwater, showed us the most beautiful fish and sea stars, and we even got to see a turtle. Each dive was 30 minutes and every second was worth it. It was my first time ever diving and I already know I want to do it again, and I would do it with João without hesitation. If you’re visiting Madeira, I strongly recommend this. Do not miss it!

5.00I was diving with Dive around wood on a weekend this year, and it was a unique experience, from the safety, especially for me that was the first diving, to the constant attention. Mobile center very well equipped, and organized. The dive points were spectacular. Thank you and I will definitely dive back with you when I return to Madeira. For all this, and for the beautiful unique landscapes in Madeira, I highly recommend 100%
