Step 3. If you booked the Customize Tour, you will receive a message by me through Viator, WhatsApp or Email where you will be asked about the day trips you choose to take. The rest of the payment can be made later.

Kruje
I will pick you up at a starting point and we will start our journey with Kruja city which is 20-30 mins away from the airport of Tirana We will be walking around the city and visit the old Bazaar that used to be the typical place where albanians could sale and buy different items. Now it is one of the most visited places in Krujë and locals sale traditional and handmade souvenirs.
Durres
Durres, Durres used to be the previous capital city a hundred years ago. It is a very old city but a few things are left from the past. We will walk around the city and will enjoy the view for a while.

Berat Castle
Berat castle After Durres is the Berati's turn. The city of One Thousand Windows. More than 2000 years old and like every other old city, there is a beautiful castle standing on top of a hill which makes this city more beautiful. It is so nice walking on cobble streets, between the houses with similar architecture built above each other. The food is so delicious there and also their Raki is perfect.
Tirana

Vlore
The City Of Indipendece One od the most important city in Albania is Vlora, where the flag of albanians was raisen by the first prime minister, Isamil Qemali. Vlora is a very beautiful city, with beautiful nature.
St. Mary's Monastery
You'll see how beautiful Vlora is when we go at Zvërnec Monastery and visit it.
Llogara National Park
Llogara valley. We like to stare at mountains and some other like the sea but, imagine enjoying a view of both, mountains and the sea together from Llogara Valley. It is so breathtaking view watching from there.

The Blue Eye
Blue Eye natural monument Next stop is Blue Eye, a wonder of mother Nature. It is magical watching the crystal water coming up from down. There are approx. 18 water spring around the zone but Blue Eye is the most attractive one.
Gjirokaster
The city of One Thousand Stairs. The Argjiro Castle, Old Bazaar, the museum and Skenduli house. All of these highlights we are going to visit when we go in Gjirokaster. Also, we will enjoy a traditional lunch with a local family in Gjirokaster so you will may get known with albanian and their lifestyle.

Korcë The Southeast of Albania is a special part of our tour. We will visit two peaceful cities, Korça and Pogradeci. We will pass by Permeti and watch to the wonderful landscape of Vjosa River . 5.00We spent just over a week in Albania and wanted to make the most of our time there. Ari offered us 4 customised trips which allowed us to see the highlights of the country (Albania riviera, Vlore, Llogara pass, Ksamil, Gjirokaster, Berat etc…) which included some transfer tours. It was a great way to discover Albania and its rich history, getting to know lovely Ari along the way, and making the most of our short visit. Thank you!

5.00No one could make the trip as wonderful as it was except Ari. He knows the history of the country so well and he was a thoroughbred professional. He was very friendly and gave us enough time to enjoy the views and sceneries.

5.00I've been on so many tours but this one in Albania is simply the best. I’ve easily booked a 4-day customised tour with Ari, the operator and tour guide of A Tour To Remember. It was easy to negotiate things especially the budget of the trip and places and things you may want to visit to be included in the itinerary. Some of the best parts of the was driving along the coastline, watching the beautiful sunset in Lekuresi Castle overviewing Saranda, being mesmerized with the mytical beuaty of the blue eye, short hike on Gamti Mountain to witness the magnificent and relazing view of Bovilla Lake, admiring the beautifully preserved ottoman houses in Berat and shopping in the old towns of Gjirokaster and Kruja, the city above the sky. But to be honest no place is a waste in the trip, everything was worth visiting. The experience I had with Ari, was like no other. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Albania, and he made sure to bring me to all the best spots that I should not miss during my stay in his country. You can sense how passionate he is on how he talks anything about Albania. His enthusiasm for the country was infectious, and I really had a great time! Oh and did I mention that the man is really a God of photography? So no worries with your travel photos as each memory is covered by this great talented man. Ari has been an amazing guide, driver, interpreter, and but most importantly and unexpectedly being my new best friend in another country. Come visit Albania and dont hesitate to book your trip with A Tour to Remember.

This experience was amazing and if I have to give my opinion based on previous experiences with other companies and with Ari(the tour guide that was present here) then I would advise everyone to go with him as he makes the experience enjoyable & lots of fun 😊

5.00If you are planning to visit Albania just go with Ari otherwise you will be disappointed! He is very knowledgeable, and a true ambassador for Albania. He asked us about our plans and took the time to create a custom tour for us! I am sharing with you just a part of our custom tour as we received it from Ari: "- i will pick you up at your accommodation and we will start driving along the coastline (Albanian Riviera) We will be able to stop by any spot that you would like to take picture. -We will drive up the mountain to the National park of Llogara amd enjoy the view watching the coast from top of mountain. -after that we will stop by at a restaurant and enjoy the delcious yougurt with honey that the local make. -We can have lunch at any time and any place. - After Llogara Park we will head to Vlora city, stop for a coffee break, take a walk around. -The last place to visit is Zverneci monastery which is not far from Vlora city. -Then time to go to Tirana airport." We had such a great time in Albania with Ari and we will reach out to him for our next trip in the Balkans.

5.00The tour was very nice. We were able to see most of the attractions in just half day. Ari was very help and has very good suggestions for food and shopping. We were able to see 3 different cities in one day. The location and the food of the restaurant which was next to the castle were amazing. He told us about the history behind each place. Thank you Ari
