  It was easy and a great way to book tickets to the park on a sold out day! You should also make sure to visit both parks, the Crush's coaster is worth it!

  I tried to apply to disneyland to have the qr code on my mobile terminal and it was not possible. I was offered a phone number to contact via WhatsApp and no message could be written because it stated that the contact had no WhatsApp application. A disgrace.

  I received the tickets very quickly at the beginning of the Disney opening time. Also customer service was very efficient and very helpful. I booked again that’s how great they are Thank you!

• Big Bus Transfer with very remote Pick up location

  We were transfered in a big bus from a very remote pick up location, did not use the bus back as it was very inconvenient. The bus was also travelling to the outlet center nearby, which was the first stop.

• Very disappointing villa

  We chose this 1 bed villa as it had a lovely, well maintained pool. As we went through the gates it looked like a junk yard with old cars, tools, traffic cones everywhere. The villa had a kitchen/sitting room with no settee to relax in only a kitchen table & 3 kitchen chairs. The oven & cupboards were absolutely filthy so didnt cook anything. The aircon was ineffectual & it was very hot weather. The villa was situated in the owners back garden so felt privacy was compromised.   The tour was not as promised. I called to verify that we had the skip the line tickets so we didn't need premier access prior to purchase and again after purchase. Not true. Disney even looked at what I had from Viator and are filing a complaint that it was misleading. There was also confusion w return transportation. I couldn't get ahold of local tour guide and Viator person- said we didn't have a return trip an hour back to mtg point. That was incorrect info leading to more expense and time trying to get ride back.
