  My wife and I visited Disneyland Park in France recently prior to a stay in Paris and a river cruise. We booked the tickets and room online via the Disneyland Paris website and, while their website could be a little more user-friendly in areas, the process was fairly easy to complete overall. We enjoyed our visit overall and this park is similar to the Magic Kingdom park in California though a little bit larger and with some differences unique to European sensibilities. We did not add any fast lane options so we had to wait in line for some attractions however, you can check wait times via their app and try to vary when you do certain attractions depending on the time of day, crowds, etc. There were two negatives that we encountered which made our visit less than 'excellent'. First, there is minimal signage and it is very easy to get lost when you are off the main central area, especially at night. Second, their app was not accurately reporting the wait times for various attractions and the directions function was so slow at all times of day/night that we had to use our cell phone flashlights to read the paper map to try to figure out where we were at night. We also found the overwhelming majority of park employees were friendly and responsive to questions we had. While we are not likely to return anytime soon due to our living the the U.S., I would recommend it for a visit if you are a Disney fan.

  We've been to Disneyland several times in the last 20 years. Overall, we found an exaggerated increase in the prices of the park, hotels and restaurants A big drop in amenities (hotel rooms not worth the asking price, attractions closed, new park extension on the snow queen comes down to one attraction and one-way alley: disappointing Attraction on the snow queen nice without more compared to similar attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean) The evening shows are very well done, very beautiful. On the other hand, between the world and the children on the shoulders of the parents, it is difficult to see the whole show unless you take privileged places (72 € for 3)

• Magical Time!

  A Magical Time.... That's certainly not a lie. Sure, it's a money-making machine. But what kind of one. As you expect the service in the themed hotel and in the park so he really is. Of all the shops and locations we have been to, we have seen to 1 (yes you read that right, One) cast member who did not have his day. Service with a smile.... Not with him. Even the intern in our hotel was drilled to give us a good service at the desk. But it feels real and genuine. The park is clean and hard work is being done to keep it that way. The smile and kindness are everywhere. Everyone speaks good English.... And of course you hear French everywhere in the attractions which is a shame. I'm mainly talking about the preview and cut scenes. But as far as I'm concerned, this doesn't take you out of the Disney feeling. Due to circumstances we had a Priority Card, but what a difference that makes. Our son has therefore been able to enjoy everything! Overall it was super.

  

  

  

  

  

• A little wasted ..

  Amateurism in queue management. 40 minutes to thunder in front of 3 young people obviously not trained to hear that the entrance is the other way ... Obviously when the attraction opens, the whole line has to start again, 40 minutes wasted and everyone clears customs. Apparently they had their eyes closed... At the price of the stay pay less and better professionals who will do a good job!

  2 Days Experience in Disneyland Disney Adventure World and Disneyland Park We visited Disney Adventure World and Disneyland Park on April 22 and 23 as a group of four (two adults and two children aged 8–10). Honestly, the experience was far below our expectations. We got in line at 08:30 in the morning hoping to start early, avoid crowds, and get on a few rides quickly. On the first day, we started at Disney Adventure World. After waiting around 120 minutes, we finally got on Frozen Ever After. Once seated, the ride lasted only 1–2 minutes, which was a big disappointment. The visuals and decorations were beautiful, but it definitely didn’t feel worth such a long wait. We then waited approximately 40, 60, and 60 minutes for The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Avengers Assemble: Flight Force, and Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure. After that, we waited about 100 minutes for Crush’s Coaster, which, honestly, felt like a short roller coaster ride in the dark and not really worth the wait. The one we enjoyed the most was Ratatouille: The Adventure. Even though it only lasted about 3–4 minutes, it made us feel like part of the experience and was genuinely fun. With the little energy we had left, we did Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop, Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin, and Cars Road Trip. Surprisingly, Cars Road Trip was enjoyable—maybe because it felt like being inside a movie set. We didn’t get to try RC Racer, Rapunzel Tangled Spin, Les Tapis Volants, or Cars Quatre Roues Rallye as we simply ran out of time. We didn’t even take proper meal breaks—we ate while standing in long queues just to fit in as many rides as possible. By the time we left the park at 21:00, our feet were in serious pain. When we got back to our Airbnb, everyone just collapsed into bed. We were completely exhausted. In total, we did around 9 rides, which probably lasted no more than 40 minutes combined, while we spent over 9 hours just waiting in lines. Also, paying almost the same amount as the ticket price again for “Premier Access” to skip lines doesn’t feel fair. It might make sense if you’re willing to pay extra to avoid waiting, but in my opinion, it’s only worth it for one park per day—not for trying to do two parks in one day. On the second day, we were again in line at 08:45. Hotel guests were allowed in earlier, so we entered a bit later. After a 65-minute wait, we started with Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, which was probably the most fun ride for us. Then we waited about 45–50 minutes for Phantom Manor. Around lunchtime, after waiting a long time for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril, my child (140 cm tall) was not allowed on the ride. The staff member was extremely strict about the height limit, measuring very precisely, so we had to leave and instead joined the line for Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast. Honestly, most rides had a minimum waiting time of around 50 minutes. By 14:30, we had only managed to do two rides and were still waiting for the third—very frustrating and exhausting. Later, we continued with La Cabane des Robinson, Le Carrousel de Lancelot, It’s a Small World (not worth the wait), Alice’s Curious Labyrinth, La Galerie de la Belle au Bois Dormant (inside the castle), Le Passage Enchanté d’Aladdin, Les Voyages de Pinocchio (really not worth it), Orbitron, Peter Pan’s Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean (worth the wait), Star Tours, and Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain (excellent). By 21:30, we were completely drained. Would I go again? No. I also wouldn’t recommend trying to visit two parks in one day, even with fast passes. The best approach would be one park per day, ideally with fast-track access, so you can actually enjoy the experience without being completely exhausted.

  

• The queue as a money tap

  Beautiful parks but the queues are bizarrely long. To skip this one you can buy tickets again. On average between 14 and 21 euros. The park is filled with people who have all paid big for a ticket. We 219 euros for 2 days parks. But 90 minutes of queuing made the fun less. For 21 euros p.p. the queue is much shorter. In the past, an amusement park was just full but now there is no maximum. The queue has become a money tap. Such a shame because it remains magical this park especially with children.

  Park always wonderful and magical, but unfortunately it has a huge gap, the offer Gluten free is virtually absent and is unacceptable. I am celiac, the Gluten free offer is really limited, you have to go around the park to find something suitable to eat, request the list of allergens and sift through every single food with the hope that it is not contaminated. Buffet restaurants are saved with a slightly wider choice. The thing that made me angrier this time is that unlike 3 years ago they removed gluten-free bread. It is unacceptable that in breakfast hotels the gluten-free offer is very small snacks, packets with 3 cookies and sticky corn crackers. I can adapt by eating salty breakfast and giving up bread. But how can a child with celiac disease live in a place like Disneyland where all the other children can eat, croissants, pain in chocolats, mouse-shaped croissants, go kinds of sweets etc and he can not? Gentlemen, in 2026 it's time to catch up and be inclusive on this side, too. I hope that when I come back next time things have changed.

  Had the most wonderful time visiting with my toddler. We came in December for the Christmas decorations. It felt so festive, my inner child came out. No queues were too long, everyone was friendly, would love to come back soon.

• Disappointing

  For a very disappointing large group. I booked a stay 2 parks 2 days with 1 night hotel. Unfortunately I did not take cancellation insurance because stay already very expensive nearly 1200 € for 2 adults / 2 children. So no financial possibility to take out insurance in addition. And bad luck. The night before leaving to make our stay at Disneyland Paris. The family gets sick: lightning gastro. On Saturday at 9:30 am I call the customer service to try to find a solution. I don’t want to be reimbursed but at least move my arrival date so that my children are better and can go to Mickey’s. I'm told no, you had to call at least 24 hours before. It’s true that I chose to get sick in the night just before leaving and not 24 hours before. It's a shame when you look at the profits this company makes. And not even help a modest family that saves months to pay for this stay. I only asked to reposition my stay on another date. I'm very disappointed. I wouldn’t come back to this park or I’ve been there several times. I am told to manage with my CB insurance or home... I was just asking for a little humanity and understanding. Very disappointing 😞😞😞😞
