I booked DisneyLand Paris as an 18th Birthday present for my sister thinking it would be a magical, fantastic experience for myself, her and my disabled daughter (10). Unfortunately, it fell very short of the polished and perfect image you see advertised on TV, their website amd elsewhere. They fall incredibly short of supporting guests with any kind of disability. The priority pass meant to negate the need for lengthy queues, it did not. Whilst I appreciate it is not a fast track ticket, one would not expect to be turned away from the disabled access queue and told to come back later. When we did join the priority access queue for rides in was in excess of an hour. I did not expect to have to queue for an hour just to get a time slot to meet a character either - they way that meet and greets are organised needs to be reviewed to ensure ALL guests are included and able to do this. There are no instructions, guidance or help when trying to access the priority viewing area for the fireworks. When I asked a member of staff to help us get there, she shrugged her shoulders and said 'so? It's not my fault that your daughter is disabled, what do you want me to do?' The park is crowded, overpriced and does not cater to guests with additional needs and disabilities at all. Disneyland paris response to my complaint was no more than a half apology and barely acknowledging how our experience affected our time at the park.

We went in a group of four adults, and had a wonderful time. The weather was clear and bright, although very cold. We visited on 30th and 31st December, and the Park was very, very busy. We had priority access tickets, and without these I know we would have spent a long time waiting in line for the various rides and shows. Even then, for the more popular rides we had to wait up to forty minutes. OK for us, but some families with younger children were clearly struggling. The crowds meant that all the food outlets were very busy. Most of them seemed to offer the usual American fare, ie burgers, wings etc. But we did find some small mobile concessions offering tartiflette, crêpes and other French cuisine. Nevertheless, overall it lived up to expectations. The evening Christmas parade was very impressive and rounded off both days perfectly for us. Unfortunately it was just too cold to stay for the New Year fireworks at midnight. All the staff we talked to were friendly and helpful. Given how busy it was, they did well to hide any fatigue or boredom in what must have been a very testing period for them. So I would say that the entertainment and facilities lived up to our expectations, but for best enjoyment I would suggest avoiding peak holiday times.

I couldn't believe how awful this place has become in the last few years. It's clearly no longer about the magical experience, it's entirely focused on the bottom line and maximising profits. It was so crowded it felt unsafe at times. It was impossible to go on some rides without either buying a fast pass or spending half your day queuing. I can't understand why they are still selling autograph books when the chances of seeing any characters is very slim and when you do see them they practically push the children out of the way to "remain in character". On a positive note Davey Crockett ranch was lovely. Great pool and restaurant and very nice accommodation, however there was no blind or covering of any kind on the bathroom window and we could clearly see our neighbours on the toilet! Overall a huge disappointment, it's very sad to see what it's become in the pursuit of more and more money. Walt would be disappointed.

Our recent stay and overall experience at Disney, which has been extremely disappointing and upsetting—particularly as this was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime Christmas trip for myself and my family. From the outset, the standard of customer service fell far below expectations. We encountered restaurant staff who were rude, unhelpful, and often snappy. The food quality across most venues was very poor, with the only exception being Pym Kitchen, which we found enjoyable. Outside of that, the dining experience was consistently disappointing. As a first-time visitor, the lack of clear information and guidance was shocking. Very little was explained, and the overall experience felt confusing and stressful rather than magical. This was made significantly worse by the Disney app, which was clunky, unresponsive, and unreliable, adding frustration rather than convenience. A particularly concerning issue was the disappearance of personal belongings. Both my boxers and my son’s boxers, T-shirts, and bottoms went missing during our stay. This loss was confirmed when we arrived at the airport and discovered our luggage weighed significantly less on return (23.7kg) compared to departure (26.2kg). This situation was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable. The “all-inclusive” and Magic Pass dining options were also misleading, poorly executed, and largely useless. Several locations listed as accepting the Magic Pass were reluctant or outright refused to honour it. An ice cream parlour declined to accept it despite being listed. At the Steakhouse, staff attempted to charge us for drinks and only acknowledged the Magic Pass after I insisted and showed proof. Even more troubling, La Cantina charged me €100 on Christmas Eve and €90 on Christmas Day, despite my Magic Pass. Staff refused to explain why these charges were applied, leaving me feeling dismissed and taken advantage of. I also want to stress that contacting Guest Services on Christmas Eve was an absolute last resort. We should have been enjoying the festive period together, not spending Christmas dealing with complaints, unexplained charges, stress, and poor service. Having to raise these issues on such an important family occasion only added to the disappointment and frustration. This entire experience has completely ruined Christmas for us. After spending over £4,000 on what was advertised as a dream holiday, we were left stressed, disappointed, and deeply let down. Instead of feeling valued as guests, the experience left me with the overwhelming impression that Disney prioritises corporate profit over genuine care—simply taking people’s money and moving on. We had originally planned to return in 2026 with extended family. However, after how appalling and stressful this trip was, we have advised them not to bother and to spend their money elsewhere. Tried to complain but as per no reply.

Iv’e been to Florida many times and prefer the parks in Paris, it felt so Christmassy and magical, some of the rides were better too. Food options are quite limited, not as much choice as Orlando, absolutely loved Disneyland Paris and will be back. Queue times were quite low considering it’s the week before Christmas, it was quite cold late afternoon so wrap up warm. Outside the parks, Paris felt unsafe, especially the metro. Like any big city, you just need to be careful but everywhere outside the Disney bubble felt run down…graffiti everywhere and unfriendly people

Used to the park for more than 20 years, and after a break of 5 years, I returned with my family with my 3 children of 11 years, 2 years and 7 months. I noticed the decline in the quality of services, the exaggerated increase in all prices charged, and overcrowding in the park and hotels. The mentality of this park is moving away from the well-being of children and towards doing more and more to earn more. There are more hotel rooms than there is capacity in the park, which causes general discomfort throughout the stay: you queue everywhere, from the hotel reception to the restaurant, at the entrance to the park for vigipirate checks, everything is a waste of time. The children are frustrated because they spend their time waiting and as only reward they can only do one ride per ride because the days are not long enough in these conditions. As for the hotel, we were at the Cheyenne, and here too, we wasted a lot of time walking from the reception to our room, with the strollers of our young children. It would be better if rooms close to the reception were reserved for families with strollers and young children. We got cold in the room the heating was blocked at 21 degrees, our 7 month old baby sleeping in the umbrella bed was frozen despite the gigoeuse and 2 pyjama tops+socks. We reported it at the reception we were told that nothing more could be done except to give us blankets... which is not suitable for a 7 month old baby. So we slept badly because baby woke up every hour because of it and had to warm him up in our bed to put him back to bed... also, no toilet broom to rub the toilet, amazing for such a hotel. As for the water bottles offered on arrival, that’s good, but we would need a daily renewal of water bottles in the rooms. At the price of the hotel you can afford it, and we are entitled to benefit. Disney, seriously, are you in deficit to overcharge services, decrease the quality of services and overpopulate your park?

Very rude young staff. They yell at you and don’t listen if you have questions. Some even gaslight you (experience with young make staff) Most of the time there were several entrances for several activities. If you enter by mistake the staff is rude and attacks you verbally when you enter to return while you are coming for something else in the same building or outside show/activity. This was my first time Disneyland. Never again!!! Staff should be serving not be rude! Not magical at all! And my experience was absolutely not worth the money that I paid.

Very disappointed by the management of the reception. The first day, in a hurry (tired children, crying, crowd behind us), I mistakenly scanned the QR code of our tickets twice for two days. I was then told that the ticket was blocked and that it would simply be necessary to go to the reception the next day to unlock the next day. The next day, after 30 minutes of queuing, I find myself facing an overzealous staff, bordering on the absurd. Despite perfectly compliant tickets, IDs and official vouchers, the person spends nearly 30 minutes questioning us, observing us with inappropriate suspicion, even referring to possible fraud... and finally refusing to unlock the ticket. Where simple fact-finding would have sufficed, we were treated to incomprehensible rigidity and a complete lack of common sense. The result: one hour wasted, at least two attractions that my children will not be able to do. An experience that unnecessarily spoils a moment that is supposed to be family and pleasant. Too bad, as this kind of situation could be quickly resolved with a little professionalism and consideration for visitors.

What a disappointment... My company had offered all families a 2-day stay at Disneyland Paris. There were 25 of us, children and parents, who shared this joy. Everything went very well... until Saturday, November 29 late afternoon. Almost the entire group was waiting for the last train to circle the park inside the station: Disneyland Railroad Frontierland Depot. Five parents were still missing and arrived a few minutes later, after the station had closed for 5 minutes. The train had not yet arrived. Naturally, these parents crossed the railing to join their children already inside. And then... a manager literally came upon them, ordering them to leave the station immediately on the pretext that it was closed. Ubuesque. My wife tried to calmly explain that their children were already on board with the whole group, but no dialogue possible. The manager, very vehement, simply repeated that “when a store is closed, you can no longer go home”. A comparison completely out of context. We came across a person who applied the rule without any discernment or humanity, disregarding the very spirit of Disney. The result: a ruined end to the day, a tarnished Christmas cheer for entire families. An attic for a park that claims magic, childhood and magic. Very disappointing.
