Returned from a 4 day trip to Disneyland Paris with my wife and 2 children aged 4 and 7, this is just a review for some issues I found with it and to pass on some tips as this was the first time for us and will most likely be the last, not as in it wasn't a great family experience as it was just more the stress and money that comes hand n hand with the park. First Tip - Flying into Paris you will need a bus/car transfer to the park, it's about a 30-40 min drive from the airport, if you are travelling with children I would fully recommend booking a car transport rather than the shuttle bus, it cost us around 80 euros each way, the cars are nice and have a TV in the back which they played a disney movie for the kids there and back, it was fanatstic and when picking us up to go to the airport they were bang on time, I also found out that the shuttle bus is not that much cheaper so defo worth the extra few euros. Next tip - I would fully recommend staying at a hotel that is next to the park, we stayed in the Disney Sequoia Lodge which is a 10 min walk to the park entrance, this was very handy for us for nipping back to the hotel for a bit, or if we had to go back and get something, it was just good knowing it was so close, it's a nice hotel, it's pretty bog standard and some parts a bit run down but at the end of the day it's a room with beds and a shower/toilet, pretty much not going to be in it much, the staff are nice and helpful, the hotel surroundings are lovely and it has a great wee pool with slide for the kids, I'll review that hotel in more detail after this if you want to check it out but would recommend it defo. Next Tip - INSTALL THE DISNEY APP!!....That app was a life saver! If this will be your first visit then the first day and getting to grips with the app does feel very stressful, the park is just so so large and busy but by day 2 you'll be flying with it. The app is just good to obv see what directions to take but most importantly it tells you how long each rides queues are so you can plan out what to hit early etc...it will also allow you to book resturants and shows, it will be your go to every 10 mins of your trip. Next Tip - Food....urgh, it's an absolute nightmare the set up for this, once you are in the park, apart from a burger fast food place you pretty much need to book a table which are all so busy and booked, it's feel like it's an absolute mission to try and eat in the park unless it's snack stuff, treats, popcorn, very annoying! If you have breakfast booked at your hotel, make up sandwiches to take in, if not, there is a sandwhich shop outside of the park, buy some here for the bag! There is a jungle themed resturant outside the park also, this requires no booking but after 5pm expect a large queue to get a table, that was probably the most annoying thing about the park, along with QUEUES! The park is just so so busy, it's practially bursting at the seams with people, it's an absolute nightmare at times...expect queues of at least 1 hour for the top rides, most of the other smaller ones are usually about 20-30mins.....free shows like Lion King, queue 30 mins before opening to secure a decent seat inside, defo go and see this tho, it's fanatstic. The new Frozen section is by far the worst for wait time, 1.5 hours, be prepared and have snacks for the kids. Last Tip - Wear good footware like running / walking trainers, something that is comfortable, my watch picked up we done 20k+ steps per day, don't care what you look like, does it match your outfit, screw that, everyone is the same, go with comfort, you are going to need it! Overall it was great to finally visit Disney, the kids had an absolute ball, the fireworks are breathtaking for the castle but they don't start until 10:40pm, seems very late for children but they'll have their reasons I'm sure! I doubt I will ever return to Disney, it was far too stressful for me and my kids were the perfect age for it this year, you will love it and so will your kids but just be prepared with what I noted above, hope this helps some folk!

Please note that this review was posted two weeks after I filed my formal complaint, yet Disneyland has still not provided a reply. I feel that Disneyland only prioritizes customers before payment is made. Thereafter, your concerns are ignored. We were guests at Disneyland Paris from March 18th to 21st, 2026, and I would like to start by saying it was a great adventure. Most of our time at the park was incredible. It was our first visit, and there is no doubt it provided our family with a fantastic bonding opportunity. That is why it is so disappointing to have to address a significant blemish on our experience - one that will not be easy to forget, especially since it took place on our last day. This day was supposed to be a perfect ending to a perfect stay, exactly as promised. Even more upsetting is the fact that the incident occurred at Walt’s - An American Restaurant. We wanted our daughter to learn about the great man Walt Disney was and to experience fine dining. Instead, she was met with a lack of class, uncleanliness, and poor service. It was a shock, especially considering the incredibly high quality of literally everything else we experienced at DLP. We had purchased a premium meal plan and booked this restaurant a year in advance. We arrived 5 to 10 minutes before our reservation - tired and hungry after an intense fourth day in the parks, yet excited for a fantastic dining experience before our farewell walk. Instead of being seated, we were made to wait in the entry hall for 35 minutes because no table was available. You can imagine how distressing and embarassing this was, especially for our daughter, who was very hungry and struggling to contain her emotions. Once we were finally seated, our order was neglected for an extended period. Guests who were seated after us had already placed their orders. I asked the staff twice if everything was alright, and both times I was told someone would be right with us. It took another 30 minutes of stress and hunger before a staff member finally arrived. While he was polite, I regret to admit that by that time, we were on edge and struggled to return his positive attitude. The courses themselves were then served with significant delays in between. We finally left the restaurant after almost three hours - time we had originally planned to spend enjoying the attractions and shopping. Instead, we had to rush out of the park and speed to catch our train. It was a complete and sudden collapse of the immersion meticulously built over the preceding days. I am also appalled to mention that the restaurant's restroom floor was covered in liquid. My daughter slipped and her clothes became wet - and given the smell, I cannot be certain it was merely water. As I mentioned, our time at DLP was very special, and it is a real shame it had to end this way. We were well-prepared for our visit and expected the park to be equally prepared for us, considering the high expectations, the substantial price of admittance, and the cost of the meal plans.

Tips- use the app to book characters, get on the app 2 mins before they release the booking and keep refreshing. By doing this you will get a time slot so you can carry on with your day rather than queuing all day. The app also gives yiu queue times for all rides and also times for the shows. Lion king is amazing. Take plenty of snacks and drinks for the kids. 4/5 euro a drink. We took loads of fruit shoots in the case and pringles and doritos. Fireworks was a must see

Parking 30€/day extra is already a cheek. Crowds of people - actually too few attractions, which are also constantly cancelled; but it is still being built. Food and drinks also outrageously...so better than self-catering planning, because then you can at least bridge the time with snacks in the endless queues; shows are really good - the threat show with laser and fireworks is awesome.

Visited disneyland park again. We love going here as a family. This was our 3rd time. I would say only issue's is Timon is always the lion king character, they should name that instead of having a character from lion king on the app. The shops were shut when the park opened, which doesnt make sense to me. We had to wait till 11am to get into one of the shops. Meet mickey at the house needs a proper queueing system. Guests were just walking up to the door to try and get in even though he was fully booked. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience here, we really enjoyed the parades, and the rides were great, we especially enjoyed the steamboat! The dragon under the castle was excellent! We had 4 days 3 of them at the park

Visited in British half term in February myself and 12 year old son. We studied the Disneyland Paris app prior to our visit so we knew where we wanted to go. We arrived for 9am to queue to get in for row drop. We visited city hall with my son’s passport to get a free birthday badge (has to be 30 days either side of your birthday) this lead to Fantastic interaction from both cast members and other guests. We used single rider to cut down some wait time. We watched parades and show at end of the night but some of that was spoilt by watching other people’s phones in the way! Every cast member we came across was lovely and we enjoyed all the rides. We only used quick service restaurants to save time on a sit down meal, we often both choose kids meal as this was cheaper and big enough. My only criticism of the food was limited veggie choice. I would also say the park could do with more toilets. We are already planning a return trip

The only magic of the park is the world it always attracts. Absolutely endless lines, hotels at "Uncle Picsou" prices but with aging rooms, very medium maintained and clearly not breathing cleanliness. After 2 days, the toll is about 18 hours in line for maximum 40 minutes of attraction, 1h30 of junkfood, and my 7-year-old daughter who asks me to go home because she can't wait in line Indian, and she prefers "the little park near us". This was not my first stay, but it was clearly the last. People in the park are normal, but at this point, it's unbearable. Goodbye Mickey!

Setback. Nice hotel, Newport Bay. That made up for everything because the parks are too crowded, cramped, many disruptions of the attractions and mega long lines. They just let way too many people into the parks.
