You can present either a printed or a mobile ticket for this activity.
Please note that no amendments can be made, including name changes. Make sure to bring your ID which could be asked for at the gate entrance.
Children's tickets are for kids aged from 3 to 11 years inclusive. In the event of minors (aged under 18) traveling alone, a written authorization form from parents or guardians will be necessary to access Disneyland® Park or Disney® Adventure World. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the parks.
Please check each ride or attraction for the most up-to-date restrictions. Selected attractions require children to be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, certain attractions are subject to restrictions such as height, health, and physical conditions. Age restrictions may apply for access to certain facilities.
Some shows, attractions, locations within the Disney® Parks, animations, shops, and restaurants are opened only to certain seasons and can be closed, modified, delayed, or deleted without advance notice.

5.00It does not matter what anyone thinks, Disney brought a lot of emotion and memories back to me from my childhood. I loved Disneyland experience, and it was worth the 1 day 2 parks price. I did all rides except for 2 without the premiere skip pass. I recommend and the music and scenery speaks for itself. It is not as “full” as universal studios in Florida, but was definitely amazing. Full as in the amount of decor, not that the decor that was there was bad.
Disney's not as magical anymore

2.00Disney is not what it was a few years ago. Quality of service has declined significantly: cast members often seem disillusioned (rightly or wrongly), and the maintenance of attractions leaves something to be desired, leading to frequent breakdowns. During our three-day stay, we almost lost a whole day due to unavailable attractions: Ratatouille, Crush, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space, Big Thunder Mountain, Buzz... we got stuck several times. Certainly, fast access is sometimes offered as compensation, but it was of no use with a handicapped card. The characters have become difficult to access, and getting a reservation for the Princess Pavilion is the fighter’s journey — almost more complicated than getting a seat for a Jul or Céline Dion concert. And in the end, we end up with a randomly assigned princess, which disappointed my daughter, who ran into Vaiana. The meeting was expeditious. Another worrying point: my daughter was uncomfortable in the park, and despite several reports to cast members, including the information/complaints desk, no one intervened to help us. We also discovered that with an ALD or a medical condition, you have to go to City Hall to assert your rights. Despite several calls to customer service prior to our arrival, this information had never been shared with us. The priority access card allocates slots, which avoids waiting, but you still need to be informed. As for the quick-access ticket offered as compensation, it seems very insufficient in the face of lost time: queuing for an hour and then being stuck for an hour in an attraction remains difficult to accept. Finally, we have encountered a problem with Premium Access single-use passes: impossible to cancel, even if your child feels uncomfortable. The only answer was to come back later in the day... except that in our case, the malaise occurred at 5pm, which left very little margin.

1.00Hello. I am a disabled person, so I have the card to avoid waiting threads. When I came to this park at exorbitant prices (whether it was the entrance, to eat, to bring back a little souvenir) during an attraction the person directed me to the wrong line. So I simply listen, but I waited... I make a reclamation on the site, and I am told clearly that the person has misdirected me but that there is the drawing so I should have taken the other line!!!! Clearly it’s my fault! Considering the mess in general to know the handicapped have to go.... What a response from the person in the park! I just listened to the person , I trusted, I’m not a double-crossed person or anything else so I waited.... Too... result pain +++. But it’s my fault... Here's the return: We regret if you would have been given bad information about queue access for visitors with disabilities. That said, this queue is right next to the standard queue and is identified by dedicated signage. It therefore seems that this is more a misunderstanding than an erroneous information.
A magical stay with friends in winter!

5.00Our recent stay at Disneyland Paris with my friends in February was an absolutely magical and unforgettable experience!! Despite the cold, we were able to enjoy the attractions with a very reasonable attendance, since it was before the opening of the Snow Queen Zone, and we admired the beautiful scenery that made us fall back in childhood. I hope to return soon to discover this new area!!!
Magic experience even with technical problems

4.00My husband and I decided to return to Disneyland Paris for the second time on my birthday. Disneyland Park is always magical and beautiful, historical and new rides always wonderful. But this time we also wanted to add Disney adventure world with the new Arendelle area. Starting from the Adventure Way area the impact is exciting and super themed, but arriving towards Arendelle and the frozen carousel we felt a sense of desolation, between construction sites, cranes still active (hopefully to expand the park again) and the huge central lake without structures or adjoining decorations. The frozen carousel being the novelty, had a very long waiting time, both in the traditional row and single ride, so we opted for the traditional, and after 1 h of snaking queue, comes the announcement of technical failure, which extends for more than 30 minutes with subsequent warning of more serious than expected failure. So sad and disappointed we decide to get out of the suffering queue to devote ourselves to other attractions. Too bad because in order not to make the queue vain, it would have been enough to distribute skip-the-line tickets to the poor unfortunates who remained for 1 hour in line burning the precious time of the day. We have noticed that technical failures happen very often and for those of us who come from another country on purpose, it is a great inconvenience, I hope it happens just because you are at the beginning and they have to set in a correct and definitive way the attraction that is really magical and wonderful. Finally, given the rain that reached us at the end of the evening, we preferred to opt for the classic final show at Disneyland Park Castle less susceptible to weather cancellations, unlike that of Adventure World. Anyway Disneyland always wins, but I hope you fix those little moles to make the experience 100% magical. That said, THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS MAKING US DAYDREAM, EVEN AS ADULTS.

3.00On the plus side: some attractions are really great. Especially avengers and Indiana Jones. On the negative side: the almost total absence of indications to locate oneself, especially in comparison with the futuroscope. This also applies to the Cheyenne hotel. The value for money for restaurants is quite disappointing. This is quite some industrial food.
