You can feel the magic. A stunning and classic park with everything you could wish for, for a family. My second favourite Disney park worldwide. You can truly feel Walt’s presence when you visit.

The whole organization was bad and it had way too many people. It took 1 hour alone from the parking garage to the park entrance. The rest of the park was not worth seeing and massively overpriced. Make the magic kingdom in Orlando or the Eurodisney near Paris.

We have been Disney fans for over 30 years, visiting both California and Orlando over 20 times, and have had to use the DAS system for the past 10 years due to my adult daughters complicated medical conditions. We had tickets from prior to 2024 that we had to use up, at that time she had a fully approved DAS pass. We were able to redeem the previous tickets but not the DAS pass. She had to do an interview at the park via a video chat - it was humiliating as she had to discuss her physical limitations and seizures to a complete stranger. He kept asking her how she went grocery shopping and could she wait in a line? She doesn't grocery shop! One of her conditions requires her to administer fluids via a port in her chest to alleviate an oncoming seizure, she only gets a 10 minute window and was concerned about being caught in a line (which did happen) the answer - oh, that's ok you can set up an IV pole in the line up and run your fluids. All she was asking for was a return time so she could wait outside the line. They did give her 2 lightening passes for California Adventure and 1 for DL. Also, it was so incredibly crowded in both parks and 4 of the accessible rides (where you do not leave your wheelchair) were down. The whole experience was just lacking this time, a lot of grumpy cast members, and everything was so expensive. California Adventure did have some amazing cast members and a spark of the magic! Needless to say, we will not be returning until Disney figures out how to treat their disabled guests fairly.

Rarely lived such a bad experience in a theme park lightning passes are a huge scam, it does not work or that under an umpteenth reservation of the chosen ride via their certain application paying in addition to other reservation unavailable so you buy an unusable lightning pass or piecemeal with 3 hours waiting... Everything is very badly indicated from the parking lot to your arrival in the sense of your visit during the day... Unsympathetic staff or even very unpleasant... No smoking area... Finally short as comment bcp before and surely after... ESCAPE, BOYCOTTER Absolutely... I wanted to relive a magical day like when I was growing up and share it with my wife... She's turned into a nightmare

I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding Cast Member at Disneyland—Brittany from Little Rock, Arkansas, who works at City Hall. Our family has visited Disney 1–2 times a year, and today was the first time our child was denied a DAS pass. Naturally, this was difficult and emotional for us—but Brittany completely changed the course of our day. She went truly above and beyond, especially for our child with disabilities. From the very beginning, Brittany showed incredible kindness, patience, and understanding. She took the time to really listen to our situation, explain everything clearly, and made sure our child felt comfortable, included, and cared for despite the circumstances. What could have been a stressful and disappointing day turned into a smooth, joyful, and memorable experience because of her. She made us feel seen, supported, and valued in a way that meant more than words can express. Disney magic is real—and Brittany is a perfect example of it. Thank you for turning our visit into something so special. We will never forget the impact you made on our family.

This place is truly trash now. It's always been expensive, but you used to get what you paid for. Now they suck out every single dime from customers, while giving you as much crap service as they can possibly dish out. They've found every single possible way to make things worse.

Dear Disneyland Guest Relations, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my family—and most importantly, my autistic grandson—received during our visit to your parks on March 18. This day was meant to be a joyful and unforgettable milestone: my grandson’s very first visit to Disneyland. Our family invested a significant amount of money in park tickets and additionally purchased Lightning Lane passes specifically to help accommodate his autism, as he has significant difficulty waiting in long lines. What we did not anticipate were the extreme weather conditions, with temperatures reaching into the 90s. This made an already challenging situation even more difficult for my grandson, who was struggling to regulate in the heat and crowds. While waiting in line, a cast member observed our situation and kindly informed us that Disneyland offers services for guests with disabilities—something we were never made aware of prior to that moment. Hoping for support, we proceeded to Guest Services at California Adventure after finishing at Disneyland Park. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most upsetting and degrading experiences I have ever encountered at any theme park. We were assisted by a cast member named Aubrey (from New Mexico), whose approach was shockingly lacking in compassion and professionalism. Instead of being treated with understanding, we were subjected to repeated, deeply personal, and intrusive questioning about my grandson’s condition. I clearly explained that we had official documentation from Social Security verifying his autism diagnosis, yet this was dismissed, and the questioning continued. We were asked to explain how we “handle” him, details about his schooling, and other personal matters that felt entirely inappropriate and unnecessary. The tone and manner in which these questions were asked made us feel judged rather than supported. Most concerning of all was the impact on my grandson. He became visibly uncomfortable, withdrawn, and ashamed—emotions no child should ever experience, especially in a place that is supposed to be welcoming, inclusive, and magical. As his grandmother, it was heartbreaking to watch him feel singled out and embarrassed simply for being who he is. This interaction completely overshadowed what should have been a beautiful memory for our family. I was so upset that I wanted to leave the park entirely. However, my grandson was in tears because he had been looking forward to riding the Cars attraction. At that point, my sister-in-law had to step in and advocate on our behalf because I was too distressed to continue the interaction. The only accommodation ultimately offered to us was a one-time pass for the Cars ride—despite the two-hour wait and everything we had just experienced. This felt dismissive and wholly inadequate given the circumstances. I cannot emphasize enough how unacceptable this experience was. We have visited other theme parks such as Legoland and SeaWorld, where individuals with disabilities are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion—without being subjected to what feels like an interrogation process. Disneyland promotes itself as a place for all families, yet our experience reflected the opposite. No family should have to justify a child’s disability in such a personal and humiliating manner just to receive basic accommodations. Considering the significant financial investment required to visit your parks, this experience was not only disappointing—it was deeply upsetting and, frankly, inexcusable. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed, that appropriate action be taken regarding the conduct we experienced, and that additional training be provided to cast members on how to respectfully and compassionately assist guests with disabilities and their families. I would also appreciate a response outlining how Disneyland intends to address this matter, as well as consideration of appropriate compensation for the distress and negative impact this had on our family’s experience. Sincerely, Victoria Garcia
