Internationally acclaimed artist Richard Serra has left his indelible mark on this desert with the astonishing East-West/West-East sculpture. This breathtaking sculpture within the Brouq nature reserve spans over a kilometer and comprises four massive steel plates, each standing at a remarkable height of over fourteen meters. Serra's vision and craftsmanship enhance the vast, desolate desert, adding a unique, modern touch to this amazing landscape.

Naser is our guide for the tour. He is friendly and helpful. We went to several sightingseeing spots, for example, the mushroom rock. The experience is great.
