Embark on a 2-hour exploration of Daytona Beach to catch sight of dolphins and manatees. An adventure you'll be sure to remember, navigate the waterways with your guide from the unique vantage point of a standup paddleboard. Tours are easy-paced and family friendly, for all skill levels and ages. (This activity is not recommended for children under 2, however). Each tour will start with a short lesson showing you all the key points and giving you a chance to practice on your paddleboard and get comfortable. Tour is limited to a maximum of 30 participants.

Meet your guide at the paddleboard site in Daytona Beach at your selected tour time. (The 8:30am and 10:30am tours are recommended as this is when the weather is normally the best and when dolphins and manatees are the most active). Most people who take the tour have never tried paddle boarding, so every tour begins with a ground demonstration and lesson. There is a calm bay where everyone will have a chance to try out their paddleboards and get comfortable. If you still do not feel feel comfortable, there are kayaks on site that you can use instead. Your adventure will begin with a circle around an island, where you'll pass under seven bridges, through a Yatch Club and alongside Yachts. Then go through small and large canals close to shore, in relatively shallow water. You will pass through areas that have high concentrations of manatees and dolphins. Tours includes all gear required and concludes at the original departure point. The tour is approximately two hours long, however, please allow for three hours when scheduling as sometimes the itinerary can be lengthened depending on manatee sightings.

We didn’t expect to see any manatees as it is chilly this time of year. However, this tour guide was so bad we may as well have rented our own equipment and just paddled around as he provided 1 piece of information related to the area/wildlife during the entire 2-hour tour. Management should have never let him out on the water with a group on his own - at no point did he seem to have any control over any of us. Our 16-person group was very diverse in terms of age and experience levels. Toward the end of the tour, we were in a wide open channel and the wind began to pick up (as predicted by the weather app I looked at earlier that morning). Several members of our group were physically struggling to reach the launch site with the wind and strong current. This could have easily ended in an emergency situation had myself, my husband, and another strong paddler not decided to go back out and rescue the individuals who were stuck. I hope that no one was emotionally traumatized by this experience, and I also strongly encourage that this organization takes a hard look at their training process and reviews their safety protocol because this could have turned into multiple lawsuits had someone gotten hurt.

The experience said it was a 2 to 3 hour experience but we were given a One hour excursion. It was beautiful but i paid for more time and i did not receive what I paid for.

Zach, Shawn, and Gidian were amazing tour guides. We as a family had a great time! They were able to show us all of the landmarks along the bodie of water we were on. They were super helpful with guiding us and super beginner friendly.

Had a great time learning how to paddle board with Fletcher. Unfortunately didn't get to see aquatic animals, but had a lovely tour of the area and saw many birds!

The experience was great and Fletcher did an amazing job showing us and teaching us how to do it! He was very great and we saw many animals including birds, dolphins, turtles, and fish! Would definitely recommend and hope to be back for this!
