5.00Really great experience, dedicated snorkeling leaders who didn’t give up until we got the chance to swim with the dolphins, really friendly personnel on the boat, tasty lunch and overall service was great. Highly recommend if dolphins is what you are after and have a day for it. Communication with Red sea offers was smooth, all info explained and well coordinated. Big thank you

4.00We've seen a nice group of dolphins. Too bad they let large groups of people in the water at the same time, only when we went to the reef the 2nd time with much fewer people, the dolphins came to us

5.00From our hotel in Al Quseir we were picked up at 6am and then drove a good 2 hours with a minibus (10 people). Take the ship out to the reef for another hour. All very relaxed. We then saw a huge herd of dolphins snorkeling .It was just overwhelming. We weren’t disappointed by the diversity even at the next snorkel stop on a beautiful reef. The ship had a delicious lunch and drinks included. The guides were all super friendly and helpful. At 6pm we were back at the hotel. A long but great day that was definitely worth it.

1.00We had booked the tour to see dolphins. Only after departure of the boat and after an additional 10€ were collected, we were informed that the Dolphin House will not be approached due to the weather. Rain was forecast the day before and other guests told us they had been informed in advance. We, on the other hand, don't. Had we known this beforehand, we would not have made the trip in the first place and would not have lost a whole day of vacation. The replacement spot was only a few minutes from the port, the reef was mostly dead and the snorkeling times extremely short (about 20 and 10 minutes). This is out of proportion to what we have booked and paid for. Even on the house reef of our hotel, the experience was much better. In addition, the tour ended around 12:30 p.m., although it is sold as a full-day excursion. We had the feeling that there was just a follow through here, although it was clear that the actually booked experience would not take place. For the price paid, this is absolutely not justified. An honest communication in advance would have prevented many things.

3.00We are extremely disappointed with this tour. We paid over €150 and received practically nothing for it – even with the refund of €20 per person, the price is far too high for what was offered. It was known that the weather would be bad, but we were not informed, while other guests apparently got notice in time. Why haven't we been contacted? We did not see any dolphins and the “Dolphin House” was not approached at all, although that was the main reason for our booking. Instead, we should swim in strong waves just to see some small corals – I have better ones right at my hotel. In addition, the boat has been rocking strongly all the time because of the high waves. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing outings I have ever experienced. Even with the partial refund, the price-performance ratio remains miserable and in no way corresponds to the description.

4.00A busy experience... Staff ensure that you get the most out of your day, however this means that it can feel disorganized...but it's not. The staff want to make sure you spend as much time in the sea as possible, while trying to manage safety and numbers of people. They honestly do the best they can. The lunch is great...even for me as a vegan. Saw dolphins...and much much more. Please bare with the crew, they are doing the best they can while trying to manage everyone's safety.

5.00It was a beautiful day. Everything super organized. Booked 2 days in advance and still get all the information in time due to transfer etc. We also always got a quick answer to our questions in advance. Snorkeling with the dolphins was great!!! We've seen quite a few, It is definitely a unique experience and we can recommend it to anyone!!!

5.00Meeeega, the dolphins were a long time coming, but then came to heaps......you didn't even know where to look anymore. Our guide was great, kept what he promised! If you are lucky, it is a great experience to swim between 30 and 50 dolphins.
