Enjoyed our time getting to know the country Dominica! Our guide was Celo of Majestic Tours and he made sure we had a great time! He took time to teach us the Dominican way! He danced and laughed as we explored Titou Gorge and Trafalgar Falls! Dominica is one of the Carribean’s hidden gems.

We booked the Roseau City & Rainforest Tour with Majestic Taxi & Tours through TripAdvisor on November 11, 2025, and it was a fantastic way to experience Dominica during our cruise stop. Our guide, Russell, was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly considerate of our multi-generational family. He treated my in-laws like his own grandparents and made sure our 3-year-old was comfortable throughout the day. The van was clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned. The meeting point was slightly different than listed, but easy to find by asking or looking for Majestic Taxi & Tours. We visited Morne Bruce for beautiful views, walked through the Botanic Gardens, saw Trafalgar Falls, and stopped at Wotten Waven Sulphur Springs. Russell adjusted each stop based on mobility needs, even bringing fruit vendors to the van so my mother-in-law didn’t have to walk far. He also added a bonus stop at Titou Gorge, which other passengers enjoyed swimming in. This tour was well-paced, reasonably priced, and returned us to the ship well before the 5:30pm all-aboard time. I highly recommend this tour—and Russell—for cruise passengers, families, and anyone wanting a relaxed, informative introduction to Dominica.

We took this tour with Colbert; he was a lovely man and was very proud of his island. He showed us all of the sites and then some that most people would never see. Wish we had bathing suits and towels because he took us to the falls and could have gone down through the gorge in the water between the rocks.

Booked this trip in the UK. No-one was there at the port to pick us up. I received a text message and relayed that we had sought help from several members of staff ashore, went to different suggested pick up points but mainly no-one had heard of this company. I replied to the text but no further contact. We had to pay for another trip to make up for our disappointment and would appreciate a full refund.

Pre tour communication was very good, all my questions/requests were answered very promptly. My guide was very professional, friendly and knowledgable, It was good short tour to see the highlights of Roseasu. I had arranged airport drop off after the tour with them which worked fine. I was talking to my guide that because of hilly and curvy roads to the airport I had motion sickness when I arrived in Dominica. Keeping that in mind, he drove me to the airport through some roads which were better and he drove very well that I did not feel any motion sickness which was great. I recommend using this tour agency for Dominica

Culbert is a great true guide, nice, knowledgeable and professional. We had a great time with the tour about the city’s history, and the nature beauty. Afternoon we asked him to add another tour to Champion beach and Scott’s head, those places were incredible! Also I asked him to take me to the airport, that was a stable drive (felt sick on another way). Highly recommended !

The best experience on our cruise trip! A lush, dramatically beautiful island, shown to us by the friendliest, funniest, and most knowledgeable guides. George, a former journalist, was the best company and a great source of information. Highly recommend!!!
