This was an amazing food tour. Emily, our guide, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. We visited places that we will definitely go to again the next time we are in “The Burgh.” We highly recommend this food tour.

My fiance and I visited Pittsburgh for the weekend for her birthday. The food tour seemed like a fun experience. We didn't know what "Pittsburgh food" entailed. Turns out it is a multi-cultural, delicious experience. We were the only ones on the tour that day, so we were able to get to know our tour-guide, Emily, as well as the owners of some of the locally-owned restaurants. Emily was very knowledgeable about Pittsburgh's history and food scene. She gave us some recommendations for the future, as well. We had more than enough to eat and even boxed some food to take home. Would do this food tour again - both in Pittsburgh and in other cities!

Went on this tour recently. Our Guide Sarah was great - friendly, prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. In all my experiences doing food tours, she was by far the best tour guide I've had -- giving people space to have their own convos while also striking up conversations and providing insights at different/appropriate times. Learned some neat stuff about the city, and local food places. All the foods are unique, I ate everything, nothing was outstanding but nothing was bad either. However, if you look at all the foods we sampled, it comes out to $25 per person. (Minus the wine (bought separately), everything pictured is what was included. So for this to be listed at $98, you are definitely not getting your money's worth. I had Viator credit I needed to use, so was okay with it because I didn't want it to expire, however I would never pay that price otherwise.

Emily did a great job with sharing history and fun stories. The stops were fun and an interesting sampling of Pittsburgh restaurants downtown: Primanti's sandwich, pierogi and kielbasa, walnut baklava, a Greek sampler platter, pepproll, and a thumbprint cookie.

We had a great time with Emily, we thought we knew Pittsburgh eats but she took us to some hidden gems that we will definitely patronize on future trips. We also enjoyed her historical knowledge of the city. Overall the tour was outstanding and Emily was an absolute pleasure to walk around the city with. We highly recommend.

We had a fun time with Sarah. She shared a lot of knowledge about Pittsburgh, and it is clear that thought has gone into the restaurant choices. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Sarah is a fantastic guide. Her outgoing spunk and friendliness are fantastic. She provided mini history lessons throughout our walking tour. Great way to experience "true" Pittsburgh staples. Perfect amount of walking and carb loading😁

Excellent experience with Emily! She was wonderful. She brought us to great local food places (and some history) in town , N’AT!!! When we first met her at the museum, already she gave us each a half baguette lardons ( c’est dèlicieux ) and the food kept coming. We were so pleasantly full after. Enjoyed our time with her.
