• Great value easy to book tour. Excellent guide.

  We booked this tour via Viator as a break from a 13 night stay in Ras Al Khaim. We were able to book the day before, for a family of four two adults two children 5 and 8. Our guide Amir, was polite, punctual, humorous and very knowledgeable about the Emirates history. Feel we got a free history lesson on the 1.5 hour drive to Dubai. Car was clean and cool as temperature hit 41C. Tour time was flexible on how long at each stop off. But Amir made sure we were at the mall for the 13:30 afternoon fountain show. We also messaged to change pick up time as queue at Burj Khalifa were long. This wasn’t a problem. We separately purchased tickets for the Burj Khalifa and aquarium at the mall. It is worth noting if you want to go into the museum of the future you will need to book well in advance and sacrifice something else’s from the tour. We were picked up at our hotel at 09:00 and returned just before 20:00. All in all excellent value trip with a very knowledgeable guide and driver.

• Worth the money purely to miss the queues.

  Not the tour companies fault but purely a top tip but "IF" you are not staying in the city it may be worth considering when you take this excursion as there is a vast amount of traffic trying to get into the city on a Monday morning. The tour was reconfigured to suit us as we had booked the Burj Khalifa tour for a set time. That in itself was money well spent as we by passed all the queues both up and down. Reports of a 2 hour queue just to get a ticket followed by similar waIt to go up. We spent 15 minsin a private lounge and direct access to the top. Two options GOLD(Luxury) or PREMIUM. GOLD allows access to level 154. We booked Silver (Premium) took us to 148. Again you get complimentary drinks and snacks followed by express access to lifts back down.
