  Great experience. Our guide Manuela showed us all the hotspots in Dubai. The boat across the River was great and also the Dubai Mall where we had lunch with a view on the Burj Khalifa was a highlight. It is a trip you have to do when you're staying in Abu Dhabi.

  Very good experience. Friendly staff, excellent knowledge in all areas, the history was brilliant, driver was very good; locations visited are stock standard sites, information about each area was really good, clear and precise.

  The excursion was beautiful, you can see the most important points in Dubai, one we would only wish that you could see Palm Island from any tower or vantage point from above. We were on the Palm Island but the feeling is not the same. Our guide was extremely funny and tried to tell us as much as possible whether he had to speak nonstop in two languages. I'm sure it's exhausting.

  If you want to get a glimpse of Dubai and one have 1 day to spend, this is a very good choice. We were lucky to travel alone with Arshad and he was a very pleasant guide. Pick up on time, a lot of time to chat about life in UAE on the way to Dubai and back and of course all the interesting sights to see in just one day. Enjoy!

  We did two tours with Emirates Tours & Safari: (1) Sunset/Half Day Safari and (2) Dubai Tour. I really, really wanted to enjoy these tours especially since I found the office staff that I booked with were really helpful and answered all my questions. The problem was logistics. On both trips there was far too much time in the vehicle waiting and picking up other people. On both trips they adjusted the pick up times to earlier times with very little notice. For example, the Sunset/Half Day Safari they picked us up a half hour early with only 45 minutes notice. We had just gotten to the hotel from the airport and barely had time to change and get read. The most frustrating was the Dubai tour: We were picked up at 8am and returned back at 7pm. Of those 11 hours, barely 5 were in Dubai... leaving 6 hours in transit. Some was spent on the drive between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but the rest (at least 3 hours) were picking up and dropping off other guests. It really distracted from the tour itself - they need more drivers to pick people up and get them to the meeting point to speed things along. Likewise the Sunset/Half Day Safari... more time was spent in transit and waiting at the meeting point before you enter the dunes (we waited almost an hour... so not sure why they had to pick us up a half hour early). As for the Dubai Tour itself, it was well done. Just the right amount of time at the the right amount of sites. Tour guide was great. For the Sunset/Half Day Safari, this was a bit disappointing. It was very confusing as our driver just dropped us off with no explanation - some tables said reserved, others didn't and we did not know where to sit. We figured things out but a bit of guidance might of helped. Dune bashing was okay... not too extreme but a bit of fun. Sandboarding was good. Camel ride was a joke: you get on, do a very small circle, and get off... maybe 1 minute on the camel. The Falconry too was a bit of a joke... no one there to demonstrate or explain, it was just a falcon sitting on a post the entire evening. The belly dancing and fire show was a bit amateurish and went on repetitively for a half hour longer than it held peoples attention for. Food took forever to be served; but it was a decent meal once served. So overall a bit of a disappointment. Would recommend the Dubai tour if they improve the pick up / drop off logistics. Excellent marks though to the office staff doing the bookings; they were very helpful in planning my bookings.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During my recent trip to Abu Dhabi, I booked an excursion to Dubai through Viator. The experience was absolutely worth it! Everything was true to their promise and even better. We were picked up right on time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The tour covered all the main attractions as per the itinerary, plus a few wonderful surprises like tea at Old Dubai and a short traditional boat ride (wow, that was my highlight!). Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a perfect day filled with great sights, good company, and thoughtful touches. Thank you, Viator team, for making this trip so memorable!
