5.00Absolutely fantastic service from this company! Without their services I don't know how we would have got our bags to our apartment considering all the stairs/steps in Dubrovnik Old Town! Our Porter was great, he transported our cases without any problems and was punctual, very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend using this service if your planning to visit Dubrovnik Old Town!

5.00Stumbled upon this service literally en route on the ferry from Hvar, maybe 30 minutes before our arrival in the port. Incredibly responsive and very nice, personable team members - particularly Jelena who I chatted with in WhatsApp and Harry, our porter. We booked porter service and transport to our rental in Old Town. A lifesaver and a good value - so much so that I shared the company info with another traveler we saw struggling with bags so they could book it for their departure, just as we did. Highly recommend Baggage & Smile.

5.00Jelena arranged storage and porterage of our bags when we first arrived in town early after disembarking from a cruise and our apartment wasn’t ready. Dubrovnik Old Town has many many stairs and the porterage service was fantastic. Equally on our way out of town when the bags were collected, stored and then the car (which she also arranged) took us to the airport four hours later. Very happy with this service.

5.00We used their porter service both arriving and departing. It was the same porter both times, He was on time, did a great job of moving our luggage and was extremely personable. We would definitely use them again.

5.00MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Luggage and Smiles is for you if you have significant luggage and don't know where your lodging is in the Old Town. It's expensive: E10/bag. But efficient and reliable. Plus Hari is a delight -- on time, delivers the bags to your room with a smile. We could NEVER have found our apartment without his help, and if somehow we had, we couldn't have contacted reception, which is (inconveniently) three blocks away. Hari and the restaurant staff across the alley knew how to contact the apartment supervisor.

5.00Do yourself a favor and hire them to transport your luggage through Old Town! Reservations are easy on their website and they were very responsive in their communication. The porter arrived early and eagerly secured our luggage. He was very friendly and we enjoyed our walk to the bus stop. Top notch service!!!
