1.00SAVE YOUR MONEY — DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. This was a complete money grab. We booked as a family with two kids under 2, and I asked multiple times if the tour was appropriate and could accommodate them. It was absolutely not. After the ferry ride from Dumaguete, we were put into an open-air trike for a 45-minute ride. It was extremely uncomfortable, loud, and completely unsuitable for our 7-month-old. The tour was advertised as including van transfer — this was NOT a van or even remotely comparable. I requested a partial refund, and the provider stopped responding as soon as I pointed out their false advertising. Swimming with the sharks was also incredibly underwhelming. While the animals themselves are magnificent, the area is overcrowded with tourists, chaotic, and overall not an enjoyable experience. The company didn’t tell us to bring towels or give us any guidance on what to expect. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience, and I can’t believe we paid over $500 CAD for a 3-hour, uncomfortable, poorly run tour.
