This was a great morning on the Nith. Mike was our guide who is full of knowledge and energy. He gives you options to challenge yourself with jumps a and a slide, but you can also opt out. The river was fairly calm on the day we went, and we loved it. Equipment supplied was great, and we all felt safe. I would recommend for an easy level of adventure - note it is a river not a lake so expect some thrills. We all want to try the White water next!
