Check the river water level before going; low water = difficult rafting. Otherwise, the tour guides and experience were great!

This company is more about what they can sell you after you arrive. I wear glasses so needed to buy $10 eyeglass strap. This time if year is low water and small and not much white water that was not going to cause people to tip or fall out of raft. Then we needed to rent water shoes. Amazing that lockers to store belongings were free. We are in our 70's but very active people. They paired us with a family that had 2 young boys and put us in the seat between this family. Kids were splashing with the oars, hitting rocks with oars, hitting my oar with their oar, etc. Parents never asked them to stop. Guide didn't say a word to stop hitting thing's with the oars. Before the white water we had to sit and wait ( 15 minutes) for a photographer to come so they could take pictures and sell to us for $30 for 1 photo. We saw other tours that had nicer rafts and less people on them.

We had SUCH a great time! Everyone working there, from the ladies checking us in to the bus driver to our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything very thoroughly and walk you through everything you need to feel safe and comfortable. Our guide, Zachary, was fantastic. He was so friendly, told lots of great stories, and answered all our questions. The views are amazing, and even though the river was fairly low, we still had a great time. Perfect for beginner rafters!

Our guide Lars made the experience really fun. He was very knowledgeable and kind. The water was calm the weather was perfect. Another guide Loren lended a helping hand getting up to the break area. Highly recommend this experience

The trip was a blast! Even with some lower water levels, guide KJ, made it fun and exciting for the kids! The "surfing" and swimming in the wave was a highlight. Unlike other companies, our trip was a small group and very personal.
