3.00The ebike were cheap, defective. We have ebikes at home. They had no throttle option, and my bikes motor would not kick in unless pedaling FAST. I could hear motor at various times. Did not make up to lookout, had to turn around at agricultural school. We had no internet or cell service to call

5.00Exploring Moorea by ebike was one of the absolute highlights of my trip! The island's lush landscapes, turquoise lagoons, and laid-back charm are even more magical when experienced at your own pace on two wheels. The bike itself was in good condition — smooth gears, strong brakes, and a comfortable seat. I felt totally safe the entire time, even when riding along some of the main roads. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. Riding through small villages, stopping at local fruit stands, beaches felt so freeing. If you want to really feel the rhythm of Moorea and connect with its natural beauty, I can't recommend this enough. Tip: Start early to avoid the heat, bring sunscreen and water. --- Optional edits: If it was a guided tour: Replace the second paragraph with: Our guide was fantastic — knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about Moorea. We learned so much about the island’s history, plants, and culture along the way. It felt like riding with a friend who happened to know everything! If you used an e-bike: Add: The e-bike made it so easy to tackle the hills, especially on a hot day. I never felt tired, just energized by the stunning views. 5.00The opportunity to discover Mooréa quietly and at its own pace. Audrey and Jesse are very friendly and good advice on places to see. We had a chain problem that was resolved quickly. We did it at the end of the stay and had therefore seen most of the things to see, it might be interesting to do it at the beginning. I advise

5.00They were waiting for us at the cruise port with the bikes which were in great condition. They also supplied the helmets and bike locks. Provided clear instructions and the bikes were easy to use. We had a great day! Thank you.

5.00Our ebikes we're in very good condition. Jesse and Audrey met us at the tender dock with the bikes. They gave us instructions on how to use the bikes and great suggestions and a map of things to do. We loved touring Moorea at our own pace. We felt completely safe riding bikes around the island and had a great time. Highly recommend!!

5.00Some roads the bike path is narrow, but wife and I were easily moved...beach roads were the busiest. It was a great tour,we came from cruise ship..it made port at 8am and we were worried because the bikes might be there without us because of a tender port...I informed the operators on an email..they got back within minutes and told us the cruise ship port usually has their bikes at 9/ 930am...we found them in the parking lot and they explained the bikes workings and explained the map....we took the overlook and their roads.some very steep hills but the bike motors performed well...we took the beach road to the sandy beach and swam in the coral and snorkeled...we saw lots of colorful fish...overall it was an amazing day

5.00Great tour of the island at our own pace! We were able to visit the lookout, stop for lunch and finish with a nice full tour of the island. We appreciated that the bikes were delivered directly to our Pension, and that a child bike was available. We enjoyed it!

5.00My husband and I had a blast! E-bike Moorea made the pick up and drop off so easy. The bikes were in great condition and the roads easy to navigate. We are both fairly fit but had little biking experience and had an amazing time. Highly recommend this great way to see Moorea.

5.00My friend and I rented e bikes in Moorea, it was my first time riding one. We were staying on a yacht anchored in Cooks Bay, they were able to drop off the bikes near the dingy dock for us, which made it very convenient. They arrived promptly at the agreed time and fully explained the equipment to us and also the points of interest on the provided maps. They adjusted the seats to properly fit us, making it easy to peddle. The equipment was very well maintained and in excellent condition. We had a great time making our way around the Island, stopping at various places for coffee and lunch. The scenery was nice and there is a bike lane in many sections of the highway. Even in areas without a bike lane drivers were courteous and we never felt in danger. Coming up a large hill, I popped the chain, due to my inexperience. We phoned them up and they promptly arrived, cheerful as ever, to rescue us. They weren't upset about the chain and were happy we had such a good time. As someone who has difficulty riding a bike back home, likely due to poor seat placement I was skeptical I would be able to make it around the Island, but it was effortless, and I'm 66 years old, and overweight. The battery's had plenty of charge left on them at the end of our ride. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting the Island. Great people, great equipment and great service
