  Haarlem lends itself well to a Qula: you walk almost constantly in interesting territory with people and shops. We found three questions very difficult: 1 because we found the answer quite debatable, 1 because the artwork the question was about was removed and one because we only found the answer after a lot of searching on the internet. There were some small things that were disappointing, but that had nothing to do with the trail: Baker Bart and the restaurant of the Hema were closed, so no iced coffee; gale force wind, the phone almost blew out of my hands; if we finally found an answer after much searching and questions, I press the send button without first filling in the answer. Still, it was a really nice day and to our surprise we were already first.

  We did this trail in our own city. How fun is it to get to know the secrets of your own city in a game form. The city trail is highly recommended. You will really get to know the city differently. I have also done this in Madrid and Lisbon with students, highly recommended.

  I did the city trail of Haarlem with my son (12) and his friend (10). The tour started at the trainstation and ended at the Grote Markt. We had fun for 3 hours. We saw places I had never been while living in Haarlem! I would advise other participants to go there by train, or to look for a good parking spot in advance: parking was very expensive. And with my iPhone it didn't work with the GPS at first. Nice that there is a map that you can still use. But we now missed the reward for finding the location. Nevertheless, we still finished 4th! I will definitely do it again in another city.

  Nice way to explore the city, we visited a number of places that we had not visited before. It's a pity that not all questions were completely up to date (art pieces and other elements were missing), which made it difficult to answer the questions. Reporting on the page resulted in a 404 dead page.

  Really nice tour to discover both famous sights and hidden gems. The questions were engaging and interactive. The duration was good too. The app worked well, although the instructions before starting were not very clear. A suggestion is also to incorporate more variety in the type of questions.

  The locations for the questions were good. The application for playing the Citytrail was okay. But the questions were impossible to answer just with visiting and watching the locations/sights. You had to do research on the internet to answer. And some of the questions didn’t match to the location. We were missing more descriptions of the sights. Over all the fee was to much for this offer of a few questions.

  Beautiful city that we already know well and where we learned new facts. Walk was not too long, so good to hold on despite the cold.

  Extremely nice route walked in Haarlem. Seen a lot of places we wouldn't have come across otherwise. Mixed our whole family so that we played against each other, this gave an extra motivation to do your best! We were even the day winners!
