The entrance to Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris is free and open to all. The services offered are independent of access to the interior of the building.
Participants should be in good health - consult first with your doctor if you have any medical condition or are not used to regular exercise.
Wheelchairs, motorised scooters or any other device to assist mobility are not recommended, as we cannot guarantee: that all footpaths/sidewalks/curbs will have suitable ramps.
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
Anybody under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by somebody aged 18 years or older.
Please bring: Photo ID, Comfortable shoes and water (we will be waiting in the sun), Church dress code: A scarf or jumper to cover your shoulders
Please be aware that due to the recent re opening of Notre Dame the Cathedral is extremely popular causing wait times to increase. This is completely out of our control.
Please wear comfortable shoes as this tour involves a fair amount of walking, including over uneven surfaces, cobblestones, hills, inclines, declines and stairs.
Not recommended for travellers with limited mobility
Guests who upgraded to enter to Sainte-Chappelle, please bring: Photo ID, Comfortable shoes and water (we will be waiting in the sun), Church dress code: A scarf or jumper to cover your shoulders

Disappointing tour. Don’t go on Sundays

2.00Disappointing tour. We should have been told that tours on Sundays require the tour guide to speak outside the cathedral due to mass. We stood outside for 40 minutes listening to what we should have heard inside and it was snowing and windy. Family was freezing and couldn’t pay attention for what the tour guide was saying.

1.00Poor execution. Tour operator didn't know that the cathedral was not open until 10:30 even though we were scheduled for 9am. Tour guide was weak. Would not recommend this tour. In addition, the cathedral is free to enter anyway.

1.00Grossly overpriced with absolutely no benefit. Upgraded to the “Early Access Tour” for zero early access and joined the same line that everyone does for this event. Don’t waster a penny. Requested refund before leaving review to give the option of making this right, but it was rejected. Never received the entrance to the Chapel at the end which is supposedly the reason for high cost. Highly disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. Avoid at all costs!! Absolutely terrible. Have usually had great experiences with Viator tours but this makes me second guess using them for future travels.

5.00We did it on a cold rainy day. I suggest you either dress very warm or wait fir better weather. We had no choice as we were in Paris a brief time.
