Terrible customer service, no refund

1.00I got contacted by WhatsApp by the tour company the night before, stating my tour was canceled because of insufficient people (which is normal), so I asked for a refund. They look forever to reply, which was odd because they were replying fast when they wanted me to switch to a private tour. When they finally replied they said they would give me a refund but I got no cancelación email by Viator nor a refund. I asked when, they said soon. I asked the morning of the trip again, they said it had already been canceled and the refund issued. I still have an active booking (hens the review) and got no refund. I contacted Viator and the reservation is not cancelled, and they can not issue me a refund unless the company responds. This company no longer replies to my messages. Still waiting for my refund and cancelation email confirmation. Terrible customer service.
