What a wonderful tour! We were lucky to have a breezy but sunny day, perfect conditions to climb this beauty! Our tour guide David was fantastic -very knowledgable with a great sense of humour. We took a less obvious route to the top which avoided crowds, but with arguably a more calm and picturesque climb. This was a highlight of my trip to Edinburgh and was well worth it.

The trip up Arthur's Seat was beautiful and greatly enhanced with David as our guide! Very informative about the history of the area and showed some outstanding highlights along the way. Also very knowledgeable of the mountain and was able to show us paths that avoided the crowds. Highly highly recommend!!

Excellent tour and excellent company. The tour Chris gave us was outstanding. Not only did he take us for the hike, but he was giving us a lot of historical data about the site and the city.

It was a very cool hiking experience! Be careful if you're afraid of high and do not like to make big steps and kind of climbing in hiking, there are some experience of that during the visit of Arthur's Seat.

Today my husband and climbed Arthur’s Seat with the most delightful David as our guide. He have gentle encouragement and a steady hand ( which I gripped like a vice truth be known) over the trickier bits. There was no pandering, he simply gave me confidence. His knowledge of all things historical, geographical and botanical was outstanding. On the return walk we chatted and shared stories, by the time we farewelled each other we felt like we saying goodbye to a friend. My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending David and this tour most highly. Warmest regards, Jenny snd John

David was such a friendly and sweet tour guide!! I learned lots about the local scottish birds/wildlife/vegetation in holyrood park & arthurs seat. When I felt a bit nervous coming back down too, David was really supportive and made sure I was okay! Definitely recommend.

David led us in on a lovely trek up Arthur’s Seat. We kept a good pace, but never felt rushed (which was good because there was an occasional slippery rock). It would have been a cool experience on our own, but it’s much more fun to have a local guide that knows the better paths and can share knowledge along the way. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice place to see how long is Edinburg and where is every each iconic thing. In a clear day you can see more, sea and mountains. The path is also good. I specially appreciate the explanations of David, the guide.
