5.00We were full of anticipation walking from below the castle up to the Royal Mile. It looks up on the hill like the great structure it is. Once inside, our tour guide Alistair brought the vast history of the castle to life! The views are incredible and I can picture what life might have been like inside those walls. The firing of the One O'clock gun was a highlight. Don't miss this tour when you visit Edinburgh.

5.00This was a great tour!!! Alistair was a fantastic guide and we learned so much about the castle. He even helped secure a prime viewing spot to watch the cannon fire at 1pm! Highly recommended!

5.00Alistair was an incredible guide! We learned so much about the castle and Scottish history. Alistair was also very good at making sure everyone could keep up (it’s quite an uphill climb) and waiting until we were all together before explaining each part of the castle as we went through. Great tour, highly recommend!
