This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
The cruise company's name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75007. Pier Number 3. The departure point is right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. You can use your cruise tickets within a month between the operating hours mentioned on the cruise ticket.

People with reduced mobility are not allowed to the summit floor
Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

5.00An excellent tour and got us to the top smoothly. Viator were good in amending my previous booking as I misunderstood the time. However , that could have been avoided if 9.45 pm in the drop down box was shown as 21.45
Good Experience if You Aren't Comfortable Doing it Alone

4.00The Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise is definitely something you can book and manage on your own if you are comfortable doing that. This was our first time to Paris, and we weren't sure how things worked, so we booked this Tour simply because tickets to Eiffel were sold out on the official website, and we really wanted to go up in it! We paid way more this way, but at least we got to do it. The meeting spot was in a wierd location (standing in front of a random restuarant) and it was hard to figure out who the guide was. It would have been better to meet closer to the Tower and for her to have some identification. The river cruise does not have a set time, so be there at least an hour before you actually want to do the cruise. We wanted to do a night cruise, so we showed up at 9 for a 10 pm cruise. The line is SUPER LONG in the summer (July) but it moves fast, and we were able to get on.
Don’t Pay Someone Else to Walk You!

1.00Do not waste your time paying someone to literally walk you to the line from a meeting point. You can go on your own and pay less. Literally that’s what I paid for, someone to walk me to the line. You don’t get any better viewing spots, it’s still crowded and not worth what I paid. Go on your own!
Sunset is the perfect time to view Paris from the Eiffel Tower

5.00The meet up location was easy to find and our guide told us interesting facts on the walk into the grounds. She helped us get into the correct line and on the right track for a wonderful night. Sunset is the perfect time to view the city and it was a night to remember.
Unorganized, guide walked so fast that we could not keep up.
