5.00The Tour guide provided a very personal experience and was very patient and knowledgeable of the area. When picking us up he brought sandwiches drinks and snacks for all of us. His patience and expertise was great and I will definitely be booking again next time I am on the island.

5.00I had the most unforgettable experience on this VIP rainforest tour—it was the perfect way to spend my 24th birthday. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was our tour guide. He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond—so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He made sure everyone felt safe at all times, kept us hydrated, and even made sure we were fed throughout the day. You could tell he really cared about giving us the best experience possible. Everything was so well organized, fun, and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. I have zero regrets and would 100% do it all over again. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure, great vibes, and an unforgettable day!

5.00Absolutely unforgettable experience in El Yunque! The VIP treatment was next level — every detail was handled with such care and intention. What made it truly stand out was the authenticity of the team. You can feel right away that they genuinely care about giving you the best possible experience. I never once had to worry about anything — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, safe, and fully enjoying the beauty around me. It felt less like a tour and more like being taken care of by good people who love what they do. If you want something stress-free, personal, and truly special, this is the one. Highly recommend!

5.00The best part was the natural waterfall slides! It was so much fun and something you don’t get to experience every day. Sliding down the rocks into the refreshing water was both exciting and unforgettable. Our guide, Jean Fargas, did an amazing job managing the tour and making sure everyone felt safe while still having a great adventure. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico and want a real adventure in nature, I highly recommend Encanto Tours. It’s an incredible way to experience the beauty of the Island❤️

5.00Vincent did an amazing job of guiding us thru the rainforest. He was a wealth of knowledge on everything rainforest and its history. I’d highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be coming back to do it again!!!

5.00Im certain i made a great choice going in this tour on my trip to PR the weather was perfect and the forest was breathtaking, my family and I had a great time we took so many pics and the overall atmosphere with the guide was cool he was very nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend living this experience if ur going to PR, great service!!!
