It was a unique experience. Richard described everything very vividly and vividly. Ultimately, we had a one-on-one lead as the rest of the group had to drop out early. Highly recommended and hopes for Richard as a guide.

The guide walked at her own pace and would not wait for us to catch up and was not interested if we could hear her speaking. She would talk to the one family on the tour and would not wait to explain things when we ALL were in hearing distance! She was in a hurrry to find out why at the Rockefeller center. She got us there and then DITCHED us !!! Yes she left us before our tour was over... she handed us our tickets and gave a brief explanation and handed us our tickets to get in.... she was NOT even careful to give us adult tickets!! Us 2 adults were given one adult ticket and one child ticket! When we showed it to the lady at the desk asked why we had a child ticket!! We feel she has been the most uncaring tour guide that we have had out of 4 days of tours in NYC!!! She expressed her own VIEW/Prejudice about many things even simple things that should not be an issue like eating places! I feel we were cut short on our tour and the amount of money we paid for someone that obviously did not want to be there doing her job! If she had plans before the tour was to end then DONOT ruin a paid tour for people that came many miles to see NYC! We think her name was Sherease

What I particularly appreciated was the convenience of the skip-the-line tickets that City Wonders provided. The regular lines to get into the building were quite long, but with our priority access, we were able to bypass the crowds and go straight up to the observation deck without the wait. It made a huge difference in maximizing our time, especially in a city as busy as New York.
