  Booked four tickets on line for confirmation emails texts etc get to thermal bath was told tickets could not be distributed apparently they were supposed to let me know second time this has happened avoid visitor and go direct to vendor I'm done with visitor yours

• Try it but do not expect the tranquility but the Porta Porta Portase market

  In summer they are pleasant but in winter you go for warmers but die from the cold to switch from one tub to another. As for the yellowish water don't worry it's just pee.

  Awful!!! To avoid absolutely .. as well as overcrowded and dirty, arrogant staff overfucking and dishonest, after a minute from the entrance realized that I did not have the backpack forgotten at the ticket office, they demanded payment again to return .. DISHONEST 👎🧐

  Main swimming pool outside was closed, indoor swim pool was dirty. Overall very disappointed as felt shabby and lacking in care.

  Negative experience. Old and dirty environment. Poorly cared for. Dirty pools. Old and poorly maintained bathrooms. Relax 0. I couldn't wait to get away.

  Upon arrival, the property looks impressive and promising from the outside, with architecture that suggests luxury and relaxation. But once inside, the reality is quite different: a dilapidated and embarrassing environment that screams urgency of immediate renovation. Full stop! I can't understand how you can market and sell a place like this, presenting it as an oasis of well-being, when in reality it's total chaos already at 10 am. The hot tubs were super crowded, with lines of people everywhere and a seabed "decorated" in various suspicious colors – probably wear, residue or accumulated dirt, which raise serious doubts about water maintenance. Service personnel were scarce or barely visible: no one controlled the influx, nor intervened to manage the mess. The saunas and steam rooms were a real disaster: crowded with people in bathing suits and slippers, who sat directly on the benches without even placing a towel under their bodies. This not only violates basic hygiene rules (sweat, bacteria and fungi spreading everywhere), but creates a confusing atmosphere, similar to a local market rather than a spa. It was like being thrown into a horror movie: constant noise, and zero relaxation. In the midst of this chaos, I found only one salvageable corner: a dedicated sauna where nudity was mandatory. Here, finally, very few people, absolute silence and all respecting the rules, lying on their towels and slippers outside the cabin as it should be in any serious facility. Too bad it was the exception, not the norm! Not to mention the serious issue of privacy: everywhere people with smartphones in hand, taking photos and video, even in areas such as saunas and tubs. In an era of GDPR and personal respect, this is unacceptable. We had paid for a full day of relaxation, but after only two hours we came out disgusted and disappointed. Being a regular at saunas, Turkish baths and spas throughout Europe (I have visited many facilities ), I can say in my opinion that this is the worst I have ever visited. Chronic overcrowding, ignored rules and zero maintenance make it embarrassing. I strongly discourage

  If you’re into spas I wouldn’t bother going here. It was akin to a Benidorm pool party. Standing room only in the pool. Queuing to get in and out of the sauna. Not a relaxing spa experience. More for comedy value. Take your antiseptic wipes. If you must go, you don’t need a towel or flip flops - no one cares and you can’t even see your own feet there are so many people.

  Absolutely not recommended: crowded, dirty, noisy, decadent, excessive price for the quality and variety of services offered! only lukewarm water tanks with environments in some cases noisy and dispersed others narrow and dilapidated.

  So relaxing, loved the thermal pool. Highly recommended Felt very chilled and would go back again. Great for all ages and ideal for couples
