  The spa was fantastic, part of it was closed but it didn’t affect our visit. The tickets were a bit tricky though as you need a QR code and not a bar code. This information was a bit of a chew on to obtain

  One of the thermal pools was closed. There are very few bathrooms that I could find, so just imagine. They don’t rent towels so you have to purchase them or drip dry. We stayed for 15 minutes. Most people I talked to like it but I couldn’t wait to get back to my hotel and take a shower.

  We had a really nice experience overall and it was definitely something worth trying. The atmosphere was enjoyable and there’s a lot to appreciate about the place. That said, it was surprisingly busy even right at opening time (10am), likely because one of the pools was closed. This made it feel quite crowded from the start. The indoor pools really need more attention when it comes to cleanliness—they felt quite dirty and in need of a proper scrub, and parts of the facility are looking very run down. Despite these issues, we still had a good time overall and it’s a unique experience—just perhaps better at a quieter time and once maintenance has been addressed.

  The pass did not work for entrance and we had to purchase a new ticket on site. They said it happens often with this site. I would just purchase a ticket on site if I was going again. The pools were crowded and the water not that warm when the weather is cooler.

  Dirty and super Neglected Spa! There is no usable tank, dirty water and mold everywhere, after 15 minutes I left! I don't know how they can advise, they are a degradation!

  I spent a wonderful day in early March in this spa park. Thanks to the warm, unexpectedly mild day allowed you to spend a fantastic day. The spa consists of many pools with water at different temperatures. The external ones are around 33 degrees and in March diving is very pleasant. There are many free sunbeds but it is mandatory to arrive in the morning by 10:00 to find free ones. The outdoor tubs are fantastic; the interiors enjoy a special atmosphere. I recommend buying the entrance with the private dressing room; you can leave all your belongings safe and enjoy some privacy. Good idea is to buy the entrance a few days before and choose the fast track because I am told that often, especially on weekends, there are long lines to get in. Personally I was lucky, because I went on a Thursday, in the morning at nine, and I could not find a line. I could buy everything directly at the factory, ONLY PAYING BY CREDIT CARD, through self-service totems. There are reduced-cost fast-track tickets, but they require entry by 10:45 a.m. Attention!! If you arrive after this hour you lose everything!!! As for lunch, we took advantage of the internal self service, but I do not recommend it because expensive and low quality.

  You can spend a half day at the spa unfortunately the services for women leave something to be desired in fact there are very few showers but above all all all all all the phones available were out of service. You can imagine going there in winter and going out, after a moment of relaxation, all wet. Too bad because the ticket was paid and not cheap!!

  Great experience but had a problem scanning our trip advisor ticket. Although staff sorted it out so we then had an enjoyable experience .

  Booked four tickets on line for confirmation emails texts etc get to thermal bath was told tickets could not be distributed apparently they were supposed to let me know second time this has happened avoid visitor and go direct to vendor I'm done with visitor yours

• Try it but do not expect the tranquility but the Porta Porta Portase market

  In summer they are pleasant but in winter you go for warmers but die from the cold to switch from one tub to another. As for the yellowish water don't worry it's just pee.
