The marked time is entrance to the monument, it is not the time of entry in Palacios, that area will have a special time
All clients must be available from 8:30 to 20:00pm in order to make their full visit. Otherwise they will be able to access the monument but if they do not meet the schedule of Palacios they will lose the visit of that specific area, not the rest of the monument
Those visitors who make reservations staying in other cities than Granada, especially in distant cities such as Cordoba or Seville are solely responsible for any incident that means arriving late for visits and losing their right of access
Booking requests less than 48 hours in advance cannot as a rule be confirmed before 12 hours prior to visiting hours and priority is given to visitors who can demonstrate accommodation in Granada
IMPORTANT. : The reservation is firm. The Alhambra regulations issued by the Government of the Junta de Andalucia expressly prohibit both cancellations and modifications of date, time or name of the reserved tickets.

The Alhambra
You can visit the monumental complex above an Andalusian palatal city located in Granada, Spain. It consists of a set of ancient palaces, gardens and fortresses (alcazaba, from Arabic: القصبة al-qaṣbah : 'citadel') initially conceived to house the emir and court of the Nasrid kingdom, later as residence of the kings of Castile and their representatives. Its artistic uniqueness lies in the interiors of the Nasrid palaces, whose decoration is among the peaks of Andalusian art, as well as in its location and adaptation, which generated a new landscape but fully integrated with pre-existing nature. In addition, it houses a museum of Andalusian art, the main pinacoteca of the city and a former convent turned national parador.

1.00The voucher is for tickets valid from 8:30 to 6:00 pm with a 10:30 time to enter the Nasrid palaces. We picked up the tickets at Granavision at 9:15. After several attempts to download the audio guide on our phones we we were unable to do so. Eventually we were offered the hardware for the audio guides. We were told the guides had to be returned by 12:00 pm. After quite a lot of pleading we were given until 13:30 to return the guides. This was not enough time to tour the Alhambra. We had to cut our tour short to return the guides. Why is the ticket valid until 6:00 pm but the audio guides must be returned much earlier? We did not see all the Alhambra and request a refund on the ticket cost. Thank you.

1.00I am extremely disappointed and shocked... I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the service of RK EXPERIENCE. We had booked in advance tickets for the Alhambra on February 16 at noon, for a trip specially organized for this visit. We came to Spain for three days, took a flight from Geneva, a hotel and a rental car — all expenses incurred for this visit. The same day, we arrived in the morning in Granada to pick up our tickets, but when I couldn’t find the pickup address, I contacted Viator three hours before entry. Their response ten minutes later indicated that our tickets had been cancelled. It’s unacceptable to cancel our tickets so short term, especially when the whole trip was organized around this visit. They then offered us tickets for the next day, which was impossible because we left on February 17 from Malaga. The tickets were therefore useless, and the damage enormous. I strongly advise against RK EXPERIENCE when booking important tickets. Customer service is unable to properly manage reservations and cancels without consideration for customers. I request a full refund and compensation for expenses incurred and stress caused. MOREOVER customer service speaks to us very badly.

1.00This service is a SCAM!!! Beware. I booked the Granada Alhambra on a Saturday morning. Immediately after I paid i got an email saying it’s “pending” and they will let me know by Monday morning (when the admittance was supposed to be for) I immediately called the tour company 10 times and no answer, 2 emails and no answer. I had to know if indeed I was going to be able to get my ticket because there was no reason to spend another night on Sunday in Granada. Zero answer and finally at 11pm after I left Granada they sent the ticket. Viator refuses the refund and said too bad no refund. Who can just stick around a city waiting for a ticket to be confirmed ?! A total scam

5.00Really interesting historical site. We spent several hours experiencing the Alhambra and it was certainly worth the time we spent. It wasn't too busy and was really worth the cost. I would definitely recommend a visit. The staff were also very helpful.

2.00The audio guide will never arrive, despite the solicitations never arrived the link. For 4 tickets from 21 € each we paid almost 250 € and no audio guide.... which was the minimum...

1.00The Alhambra is gorgeous but the service rendered compared to what I paid for is not adequate. Visits to the monuments begin at 8.30am while the pub where to pick up the audio guide only opened at 10am. Bad performance and professionalism considering the increased price
