After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our Epic staff will be waiting to greet you. To confirm your return transfer time, please call 624-124-0220 between 9 AM and 6 PM, at least 24 hours prior to your departure. After a maximum of 30 minutes of waiting, you'll be on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles with your certified bilingual driver. On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time indicated by our office at 624-124-0220. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we always strive to be on time. It’s our great privilege to provide seamless round-trip transportation during your vacation in paradise.

Luis our driver was great toured us through the residential freeway saw the residential areas talked about cabo life and shared stories. Great driver. Recommend Epic drivers, through Cabo transfers.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for a shuttle. We tried calling epic multiple times about it with no real answer. We asked to be either upgraded to a private shuttle or given a partial refund for the wait. They made us pay for the upgrade to private on the way back and denied the refund. No sense of customer service at all. The guys at the airport seemed confused and didn’t know where the shuttles were- when we called epic they kept saying we had to ask Viator for refund/ upgrade approval. When we called Viator they said we had to ask Epic. So overall we kept getting the run around and had an incredibly difficult time speaking to someone who could actually help up or that was in charge. It’s a shame we weren’t offered any sort of refund or upgrade to private after waiting over an hour with a 2 year old at the airport. We also followed all the instructions that were given to us and texted them on WhatsApp as soon as we were waiting for our luggage- this was meant to “reduce wait times” but then were told that our “wait clock” did not start until we were actually outside. That’s not what the instructions said- and the guy simply shrugged and said Viator had the wrong instructions. Very upsetting start to the trip. They also emailed me a pickup email that was for the wrong day, wrong hotel and I had to spend time on the phone fixing that. When I explained what happened again at the airport and asked for a private return she said I would have to pay (which we did) and the driver was late on return as well. Whole experience was unorganized. Would not use them again simply because of lack of customer service.
