After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our Epic staff will be waiting to greet you. To confirm your return transfer time, please call 624-124-0220 between 9 AM and 6 PM, at least 24 hours prior to your departure. After a maximum of 30 minutes of waiting, you'll be on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles with your certified bilingual driver. On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time indicated by our office at 624-124-0220. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we always strive to be on time. It’s our great privilege to provide seamless round-trip transportation during your vacation in paradise.

5.00Viator was great! We didn't have to wait long after we exited the airport, maybe 15 mins, max. They didn't have us wait until the full van was full as we traveled with a couple going to our hotel room. Our return shuttle was on time, and only us in the van. Great service, great communication, equals a great experience!

5.00On the way from the airport to the hotel we were in a sprinter van with about 8 people but the van was very comfortable and the driver was friendly and spoke English. On the way from the hotel back to the airport we were in a luxury SUV and had wonderful driver that spoke great English and discussed many things with us about Los Cabos. We will definitely use them again. Very safe and reliable!

1.00No one was at the airport to pick us up... spent $$$ on Uber ... totally ridiculous!!! If we don't get a refund that'll be it for any future bookings.

5.00I waited less than 30 minutes, just as promised. The cars were clean and luxurious, and the driver was very friendly. I was alone in the vehicle, which was a big plus. I absolutely recommend them!
Private vs Shared transfer

4.00The driver was great. The problem we had is I paid $172 for a private transfer & was told we were on the shared shuttle. The shared shuttle was only $15/person. I choose to pay more so we would not have to wait to fill the shuttle or stop at other resorts. Make sure your receipt matches what you pay for.

5.00We go to Cabo every year and this company has always been my “go to” shuttle service to and from the airport. Vans are clean, drivers are professional and drivers are waiting at your hotel ahead of your scheduled time to return to the airport. Most of all, the price is extremely reasonable compared to other shuttle services. Highly recommend!
