Absolutely no art skills needed! By the end of masterclass you will create a beautiful piece of art that you will be proud to display or give as a gift. It will remind you of wonderful time on Maui forever.
In the program, we will study all the features of working with epoxy resin and paints. Let's talk about composition, analyze the color combinations and pick up your favorite ranges together, master the techniques, techniques and effects of epoxy painting. Everyone will take their unique work with them (after drying 24 hours) all materials are provided.
Good mood and festive atmosphere are guaranteed!
We use only use non-toxic epoxy (when used as directed) that is not bad for your health like other resins. No VOCs. No fumes. No solvents. Non-flammable. Non-hazardous. Conforms to ASTM D4236 (Safe for Home Use when used in a well ventilated area).
The workshop lasts for about 1 and half hour.

Enroll in this hands-on resin class and make an attractive ocean resin cheese board for weekend entertaining or to give as a gift to family and friends. You'll be the "host with the most" when you serve cheese or antipasto on this personalized serving board. It will make a valuable addition to your weekend entertaining and is a great conversation starter. Before starting on your cheeseboard you'll also get to make a mini board to practice the resin art techniques you learn in the workshop. We'll cover: *gloves , aprons, and other PPE included *safety and preparation tips * how to measure, mix, color and pour resin *how to choose right pigments and blend colors *how to work with a heat gun and torch *how to prepare your board: cleaning, taping, leveling * how to finish the pieces professionally * how to look after your new serving ware. What you'll make: You'll make a cheese board (feel free to bring your own shape you want to display in your house). You'll also make a mini cheese board. Your serving ware set will take 24 hours to cure and will be ready for collection the next day.

5.00From the minute you step into the studio you feel welcomed and at ease. The instructions were delivered in an easygoing manner which made everyone feel comfortable about working with epoxy. You make a small piece first so you become familiar with the process and materials. If you are looking for a unique piece to remember your visit to Maui this is the class. I do suggest you take the class early in your visit as you leave the pieces overnight so they can dry/cure and then pick them up the next day. You can also pay to have them shipped. Delightful experience and highly recommend.

5.00I would give 10 stars if possible. Yulia provides great instruction and shares with the class resources to continue creating more art once you arrive home! If I lived anywhere near Maui I would be in a class once a week. Things to keep in mind: there are about 15 stairs to reach the studio but the slip resistant with hand rail and epoxy resin as well as other art projects will need over night to cure or dry. You will need to make arrangements to pick up your dry project the next day or so.

5.00My daughter and I really enjoyed Yulia's class. Yulia is a very good teacher, with clear step by step instructions and even a practice board to learn on before you create the real deal. We did cheese boards, and they came out great! We had to have our boards shipped back to California because we were flying home and they needed a day or two to cure and harden. She shipped them very quickly and they arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend this class, it'll be the best souvenir you bring back from Maui!

5.00I learned so much about using epoxy resin from Yulia, and created a beautiful cheese board. There was no stress, and help when I needed it. I will be coming back to Yulia Maui Art the next time I visit the island.

5.00saw this mentioned on facebook and decided to give it a try. Easy to book and in the end a GREAT TIME. Instructor was welcoming and teaching style was great. Kept things light but learned something and walked away with a nice Maui keepsake. The items have to harden overnight but your item will be in a locked box for pick up when you are ready the next day. You will get a text with instructions. Such a blast will do again on my next trip to Maui

5.00One of the best art classes I've ever taken in Maui or anywhere else. Yulia is a great instructor very funny very personable and very talented. You don't need any art experience and the project comes out beautiful. This activity is good for singles, couples children, and teens. The whole family can do it. I will definitely be back to make more art plus I went on Amazon right after the class and bought everything so I can do this again at home.
