Then we roll it out and bake thin and crisp traditional Estonian gingerbread cookies, just like locals have done for generations. 5.00Really lovely time making gingerbread cookies from start to finish! The dough was easy to make and our teacher had great expertise on every step of the way. There were plenty of cookies to eat/take home after decorating. A lovely way to spend the cold afternoon.
