5.00Lovely tour by Jao and Paul L! Very charming people and good fun and informative from Jao who led the tour. They were nice even to me as a Liverpool supporter and my miserable united supporting friend.

5.00Following a long train journey from Norfolk the birthday tour for one of my grandsons was the icing on the cake for all of us . The 75 minutes was full of interesting experiences seeing one of my family who is keen fan in awe was worth every penny The tour guides Tim and Sanjit were very knowledgeable and made the day incredibly memorable also due to problems with the train journey a thanks to Henry at tour admin who rescheduled our visit and ending in the city store to get those gifts and helpful staff filled the day off

5.00The group is not too big, so you can see everything well. You really get the time to look around and take pictures. It is told in a fun way, this makes you experience the Manchester City feeling even more!

5.00Ian L (a former footballer himself) and Martin were absolutely Fabulous!!!! They were interactive and passionate about the team and the stadium!!!! We came with our boy’s football club and they sat where the players did in the locker room! Asked questions in the press room with “Pep”! All in all a unique experience we won’t soon forget!!! Many thanks to Ian! 👏👏👏

5.00Great tour, would recommend. Andy W and Jerry were our tour guides and were really good. Andy was very funny, friendly and chatty. We enjoyed the tour and it was an adequate length of time. My son said he preferred what Spurs tour does where you get an interactive iPad and tour at your own pace. He said he got longer for the places he enjoyed seeing the most and longer for photos and no crowds in photos as not in a group. I prefer tour guide version where you can ask questions and not a technology based tour. So I guess it's a matter of opinion.. I would have liked the option to be able to take more photos without the group we were with in the picture IE such as in the changing rooms. So this would be my feedback, allow more time for photos to be taken and let the group go a bit more at their own pace. Would 100% recommend this tour.

5.00Me and my little brother, came all the way from Saudi Arabia. we were greeted by our vip tour guides, Chris and Paul who were lovely. friendly, welcoming and amazing to be around they took us around all over the stadium and gave us some lovely history about the club. they were happy to take our pictures and made the experience an enjoyable fun one.

5.00We went on the VIP Tour and it’s very worth it. Our tour guides were Jacob and Jaimyn, they were really friendly and overall fantastic . They answered to all of the questions everyone had. Even if some people supported a different team they were very inclusive. Jaimyn was also amazing at taking photos for others if they wanted one. Since it was the VIP Tour we had a smaller group and later got to enjoy a drink from one of the stadiums VIP boxes. We entered into both the away and home team changing rooms as well as their gym. We also got to see the interview room and meet the mascot, Moonchester. We got to see most parts of the stadium and it was visible that the stadium is inclusive to all people ranging from wheelchair disabilities and sensory issues. The stadium is still expanding. What I also noticed is that is doesn’t matter where you sit in the stadium whether you have a luxury seat or a normal one. The view at the pitch is excellent from every seat. Overall I really enjoyed the tour and it is something everyone should try. It’s extremely family and children friendly and for everyone. It is something everyone should have on their bucket list.

5.00My self and my son Nick Went to the Etihad stadium tour to day 20/10/24 it was an outstanding day made possible by our guides alan and sacred Alan was brilliant on interaction with everyone and he's bantar we couldn't stop laughing during the tour his very impressive knowledge and histor of the club was a pleasure to listen to and also so informative on questions when asked plus information on the new development of the club moving forward. We both would highly recommend this tour And hop you get our guides to make it a more special day out Kind regards Billy Arnold Ireland

5.00This tour was for my Grandson who is 8 years old and has already done Emirates and Paris Saint che Man the best thing about the Ethiad was Ray and Steve the very knowledgeable guides even though there is a lot of building going on they made it so interesting a tour of this type is far better with a guide rather than a recording stuck in your ear.getting there is so easy we came from Hull on the train to Piccadilly and then the tram to the stadium.will come again in a couple of years when building is finished as long as it is a guided tour with real people!
