  Really best bang for buck. Definitely get your money worth. Staff was great and the meal after was much needed. If you're looking for action packed you'll definitely get it. We had a guy flip his ATV, we got chased by a cow that broke through a fence, and I took an unplanned dip in the water trying to cross the stream. I'm sure this experience might have been isolated to our group but you may get your on exclusive experience. Some of us left bruised and scratched but we all survived, that's all that matters. Only complaint is if someone in your group is struggling, they put them in the front. That drastically slows things down. Other than that, if I ever visit I would do it again.

• Amazing Experience but Disappointing Hospitality

  The ATV experience itself was excellent. Riding through the heart of the mountains was unforgettable. The views, smells, and scenery were remarkable, and the amount of time spent on the ATVs felt generous. The terrain was not difficult, but it was varied and very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hospitality significantly detracted from what could have been a perfect experience. Two specific employees, including one of the owners, displayed a surprising lack of warmth and professionalism. A much larger group arrived before us, and while we understood that they required attention, it became clear later that they were being prioritized in ways that affected our experience. We were asked what we wanted for lunch and ordered a specific dish. When the food arrived, we were given something different. Mistakes happen, and that alone was not an issue. What was disappointing was the response. We were made to feel as though the error was our fault, and were bluntly told that the dish we ordered was only for the earlier group and that we “did not order it.” There was no apology, no attempt to clarify the miscommunication, and no effort to make it right. At that point, it stopped being about the food and became about basic hospitality. There were a few additional moments that added to the frustration. When we arrived, we were offered coffee, which we gladly accepted. We were told it would be warmed up and brought out, but we never received it and were quickly rushed onto the ATVs. Although we were the last of three groups to depart, we were the first to return, and our guide seemed to be in a hurry the entire time. During the ride, a separate group damaged an ATV, and while it is fair that they were responsible for repairs, the way the owner spoke to them was unnecessarily harsh. Later, my girlfriend lightly ran her ATV into a dirt wall while climbing the steepest incline of the trip, moving very slowly in low gear with four-wheel drive engaged. The response was to scold her and tell her to pay attention, without once asking if she was okay. That lack of concern was especially disappointing. It honestly felt as though we may have caught the owner on a very bad day. That said, I still recommend the ATV experience itself. Several of the employees were AMAZING. Based on the many overwhelmingly positive reviews, this appears to be an isolated incident. The riding, scenery, and overall activity are absolutely worth doing. I just hope future guests receive the level of hospitality that most reviewers describe.

• An Unforgettable ATV Adventure

  From the very beginning this tour felt like a true adventure. Our guide, Esteban, was outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. The ride took us along mountain trails and paths with breathtaking views, lush scenery, and a couple of well-timed stops to take photos and enjoy local delicacies. Every part of the journey was thoughtfully planned and never rushed. If you are looking for excitement combined with a genuine opportunity to experience the natural beauty of Colombia, this tour is highly recommended. It delivers both thrill and scenery in equal measure. To top it all off, the tour ends with a lovely lunch, which was the perfect close to a memorable time. This was our best tour during our vacation. Don’t hesitate. You too will enjoy.

  When you are tired of being a tourist, but still want to see something of Colombia, I cannot recommend highly enough this ATV Tour with ADV Trails. The ATVs are well maintained and super easy to drive. The scenery is at times quite breathtaking, and the guides, Esteban and Alonzo are incredibly attentive and personable. You will see a small slice of the natural beauty of Colombia and have an exhilarating time!
