An Amazing Excursion through Santorini with Sprios!

5.00This was an amazing tour. We were escorted around the island by Spiros. The pickup location was easy to find and very close to our hotel. Spiros was energetic and friendly and immediately made us feel comfortable and engaged. Our questions started immediately and he had some great information and insights on Santorini's history and culture. He took us to a number of locations on Santorini showcasing the many threads that make up the islands tapestry. He never hesitated to stop and point out great spots for photo ops and selfies. We opted to take the self guided tour through the ancient ruins of Akrotiri, and concluded at a local winery for a delicious lunch. We left with lasting memories and many photos of this amazing island. Spiros was a great guide, and we can't recommend him and this group enough.

5.00We did a small group up to 6 people tour. George was amazing with his knowledge and his humor. It was a delightful day full of learning about Santorini and a beautiful winery visit. We saw the beaches and different towns we would have never been able to do on our own! Highly recommend!

5.00Our hotel arranged a private tour of the city of Pyrgos, the Akrotiri archeological site, as well as a local brewery and winery. We were beyond lucky to get George as our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge, had a great sense of humor and was just a joy to spend our day with in Santorini. Icing on the cake was his epic music playlist in the van! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.00Beautiful relaxing tour of Santorini. Private and professional. Spiros took us to Akrotiti ruins, wine tasting lunch and shopping in Oia. Food at lunch was delicious. He pointed out historic features often. Appreciated seeing many beautiful sites of the island in one day.

5.00Wonderful day with George, our driver. We were joined by another lovely couple from Belgium. George was excellent at sharing his knowledge of history, customs, beaches, food, and wine. But his true talent was sharing his passion for his Greek country.

5.00We had a lovely tour driven and escorted by George who was very informative, considerate and interesting. He spoke English very well and we learnt a lot about the history and life of the people of Santorini. There was plenty of time for photographs and we visited some lovely old churches, villages and towns. We would not have been able to reach these ourselves. The views were amazing and we saw contrasting landscapes including the black beaches , cultivated land and the mountains. The wine tasting was an interesting experience and the food served absolutely delicious.We would like to thank everyone concerned for making this trip special but especially George.

5.00Came to Greece for 10 days with my wife to see Athens, Crete, and Santorini. Private guided island tour with Zak was the highlight of our trip to Greece. He picked my wife and I up at hotel, we knew instantly this was going to be a wonderful day. Friendly, funny, full of information and knowledge of the island, considerate of our needs, Zak was perfect. Can't say enough Thank you Zak and Shades of Blue for a memorable day

5.00Spiros drove us on a tour of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Spiros was very patient with us and accommodated our desires to see different sites and visit a bakery. He shared his in-depth knowledge of the island with us. We had wine tastings and food pairings at Vassaltis Vineyard and Domaine Sigalas vineyard. Canava Santorini Distillery (and local history museum) had tastings of their ouzo and other spirits. The Lost Atlantis Experience Museum was definitely an experience. Everyone was very nice. The drinks and food were excellent. My wife and I will take another tour with Blue Shades when we return to Santorini.

5.00We have just finished a wonderful island tour with Zac around Santorini and can't say enough good things about the experience or our guide! It was lovely to see the whole island, and Zac was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly throughout the day. He welcomed questions, and we feel we now know a lot more about this unique and beautiful island. Insider knowledge got us to a lot of places we would never have found alone, and we would recommend the tour (and Zac as your guide!) to anyone!
