Really enjoyed the tour. Finding parking is very hectic. This service made it easy for our family to just get in and out to visit the many monuments, take pictures without thinking of where to park. Our Driver was very friendly and was very knowledgeable with the DC area.

The travel in the van/bus was great. However, the driver was silent the entire time. We pretty much told him where to go and he went. A speaker/microphone was there but not details about the monuments/sites were given.

We waited 80 minutes for a new van to arrive after our bus broke down 2 blocks after departure. The new driver was very friendly and outgoing, but mistakenly identified several sites (as a local joining out of town colleagues on the tour I was able to correct). He also encouraged stops at some secondary sites we could have just driven by, and encouraged people to take extra time at other sites, so we ended up having to skip Jefferson and MLK memorials, which are two of the highlights, because it got so late (11:30 when we arrived back at the hotel). I did appreciate that this is one of the few options in that area that will do pick up and drop off at your hotel (that was the deciding factor for us to book this operator). I hope our original driver got paid for the hour and a half he spent with us.
