5.00Our first time in Nepal, our first time trekking, were made more memorable with Ganga Rei, our guide, and Jai our always smiling porter. Nothing was too much trouble and they anticipated our every need. This made our 6 days in the high mountains a pleasurable experience more like a walk in the park. We highly recommend @Anish Neupane and his team at @Himalayan Circuit and will use them again.

5.00We had a fantastic bucket list holiday in Nepal thanks to the dedicated team at Himalayan Circuit and TravelLocal. From landing in Kathmandu, we were met by Prakash and given a traditional welcome before being taken to our hotel. The next morning he picked us up to meet the Flight to see Everest, which was amazing. Then we were shown the sights and sounds of Kathmandu by Subodh who took us to places we wouldn’t have dreamed of seeing. After an interesting coach ride to Chitwan, we were met by Christa who took care of us on the Elephant Safari and Canoe Ride, both of which were amazing. We then travelled to Pokhara and was met by Sanu our trekking guide who advised us on kit to take on the trek. Whilst on the trek Sanu made sure we got the best out of the route and made us feel welcome in every village and Tea house we stayed at. Not forgetting the lovely Manisha our porter who carried our extra kit along the trek. The trek was out of this world and gave a real taste of the Nepalese way of life in the rural communities and what amazing views of the iconic western Himalayan snow covered peaks. Sanu also showed us some of the amazing places in Pokhara including the Mountain Museum and Tibetan Refugee centre and he also made the arrangements for the paragliding. On return to Kathmandu, we were taken to even more interesting places by Subodh to round off the trip. To top it off before flying home, Anish invited us to dinner at the office where we had traditional Nepalese food and allowed us to rest before heading to the airport. Nepal has left us both in awe of the beauty, culture, and friendly people in this amazing country and cannot wait to go back. A great big thank you to the amazing team at Himalayan Circuit.

5.00Amazing experience! With just a short 2 week time frame, Himalayan Circuit fit everything I was hoping to do and see into a perfect itinerary! I had an amazing cultural tour of Kathmandu, a perfect 3 day trek around Annapurna with some extra time in Pokhara, and a great Everest View trek to wrap up my stay. I would recommend Himalayan Circuit to anyone looking to visit Nepal, I could not have planned the trip better myself. Their expertise and connections across the country made for an incredible experience. Thank you!

Experiencing Nepal with Himalayan Circuit

5.00We recently completed a visit to Nepal including tours of Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini and a 12 day trek along the Annapurna Circuit organized by the folks at Himalayan Circuit. Planning such a trip from far away can be a daunting exercise and somewhat a leap of faith! From the outset Anish and his team at Himalayan Circuit were invaluable in helping us plan an itineary suited to our needs and interests. Our city guides and drivers were very knowledgable, friendly and eager to adapt to the circumstances. If you will be trekking you might consider using a guide and porter. While reluctant at first, priding ourselves as independent travellers, we came to know Suryya and Bishnu more as friends than guide and porter. During long hours on the trail they introduced us to the Nepali way of life like no other experience could. Where things went a little sideways, and they are bound to in wild and wonderful Nepal, Anish was never further than a call away. We enjoyed ourselves immensely in Nepal, our time in which was made all that more productive and fruitful with the careful coordination, planning and logistics provided by Anish and his team at Himalayan Circuit. 5.00Very enjoyable flexible tour put together by Anish and the team. The local tour guides in Pokhara and Chitwan are exceptional, the Kathmandu unit gracious and very hospitable. We threw the team a few curve balls regarding our itinerary but they came through with flying colours. Plus the boss teaches you the Nepali way to eat mo mos! Highly recommend.
